We just closed $1 million in Q1.
Our goal is $10 million this year— and we’re on track.
To get there without detonating, we need a frontline HR Director who can marshal our team of HR generalists, tame 200 monthly onboarding/off-boarding moves, and turn spreadsheet chaos into bullet-proof systems.
This is not a cushy director seat
This is a war-time, Slayer-on-repeat role for someone who types 60 WPM+, thinks in dashboards, and caffeinates on urgency.
You’ll step in above two freshly hired HR Generalists, relieve our Interim HR Director (Jane) of the trench warfare, and own end-to-end people operations for 150+ remote contractors (mostly international)—scaling toward 400 by year-end.
