Health Loft is a fast-growing telehealth nutrition company enabling patients to access high-quality care from Registered Dietitians nationwide. We blend clinical excellence with strong operations and technology to make nutrition care more accessible and effective. The Senior Full-Stack Developer position focuses on building and scaling the systems that power our operations and growth. The ideal candidate can ship end-to-end features while comfortable working with data, integrations, and attribution. This hands-on, high-ownership role involves collaborating with leadership and operations to solve high-impact problems across the funnel, provider workflows, internal tooling, and reporting. You will work closely with leadership to ensure data reliability, system integration, and scalable engineering practices.
Ideal candidates have 6+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, with a track record of building systems that integrate multiple platforms, tools, or APIs. Experience with healthcare, fintech, RevOps, or regulated industries is a strong plus. Proficiency in PHP (Laravel), JavaScript/TypeScript, and React (Tailwind CSS for UI) is expected. You should be comfortable working with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and background job processing. Strong SQL skills (MySQL/Postgres) and data modeling, with experience in analytics/BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or equivalent) are important. Familiarity with attribution, UTMs, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and event tracking, as well as tools like dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte, RudderStack, Segment, or BigQuery, is advantageous. We value pragmatic, outcome-focused, and collaborative teammates who can own ambiguity and explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
