As our Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that showcase Ajax’s work, culture, and expertise. We're looking for a **bilingual Digital Marketing & Administrative Assistant**. You'll help with our marketing, manage our online presence, and support daily office tasks. We need someone creative, organized, and good with tech.
**Here’s what you’ll do:**
Manage our social media, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Schedule and design posts, ads, and videos using tools like Canva and Meta Business Suite.
Help organize our CRM and reach out to clients via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
Support online listings and marketplace setups on platforms like Zillow, Realtor.com, Amazon, and Shopify.
Coordinate our digital ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta.
Handle basic office tasks like data entry, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Translate and proofread marketing materials between English and Spanish.
**What you need:**
You must be fluent in both English and Spanish (for both writing and speaking).
At least one year of experience in digital marketing or administrative support.
You should know how to use Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
Good communication and organizational skills are key.
We need someone reliable, self-motivated, and able to work on their own.
