The Role: Full-Time Marketing Manager
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that showcase Ajax’s work, culture, and expertise. From social strategy and digital content to case studies and targeted campaigns, you’ll combine creative vision with data-driven insight to grow awareness, engagement, and high-quality client leads.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute B2B-focused marketing strategies across digital platforms, tailored to agency and brand decision-makers.

Own and manage content calendars for social media, blog, newsletter, and case studies, ensuring a consistent publishing rhythm.

Collaborate with creative teams to market new work, behind-the-scenes features, and thought leadership content.

Track and analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on KPIs (reach, engagement, lead generation, conversions).

Oversee Ajax’s brand voice and positioning, ensuring all content reflects our values and creative identity.

Support business development efforts with targeted campaigns, automated email funnels, and compelling pitch materials.
Requirements:

Fluent English Communication, both written and verbal, essential for collaboration with international teams.

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Strategist within the creative, production, or media industry.

Strong understanding of B2B marketing and the branded content / agency sales cycle.

Fluency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
- Exceptional writing and editorial skills with a keen eye for visual brand consistency.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
