We're building a dynamic legal team dedicated to providing excellent client service and efficient support to attorneys handling personal injury matters. This role sits within our paralegal group, focused on handling a diverse range of tasks that ensure timely case progression, accurate document management, and effective communication with clients across the United States. The candidate will join a distributed workforce, supporting attorneys with bilingual client interactions, document review, and administrative workflows designed to streamline litigation and intake processes.

We are seeking a bilingual Paralegal with 1-2 years of paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury, who is fluent in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable drafting legal materials, communicating with clients in two languages, and supporting attorneys throughout case lifecycle. This role requires strong written and verbal English communication, proficiency with legal software and research tools, and the ability to work within US time zones.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Law or current Law School enrollment; bilingual English/Spanish; 1-2 years of paralegal experience; familiarity with relevant legal practice areas; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; tech-savvy with communication and research tools; ability to work in US time zones; own hardware with reliable internet. Preferred: personal injury exposure; proactive and collaborative mindset; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Desirable but not required skills include exposure to personal injury cases, experience with discovery and document management systems, familiarity with case management software, and strong client-relations capabilities. Excellent time management and prioritization skills, plus the ability to work independently as well as part of a remote team, are highly valued. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-service mindset will help you thrive in our dynamic legal environment.
