Position Overview:
Join a premier luxury travel agency as an Assistant Travel Coordinator. We offer both Full-Time (40 hours/week) and Part-Time (20 hours/week) opportunities.
In this role, you will play a key part in designing and coordinating high-end, bespoke travel experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with the Owner & Lead Travel Advisor to ensure each itinerary is flawlessly executed and reflects our signature attention to detail.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a meticulous eye for detail, and enjoys both the creative and logistical sides of luxury travel. • Gestionar conversaciones difíciles sobre ajustes de alcance, presupuesto o cronograma con tacto y profesionalismo.
🎯 Requisitos
• 2+ años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos tecnológicos o consultoría.
• Conocimientos sólidos en metodologías ágiles, Scrum, Waterfall y procesos de desarrollo de software.
• Experiencia comprobada liderando equipos multifuncionales en proyectos exitosos.
• Capacidad para gestionar riesgos, controlar presupuestos y mantener cronogramas.
• Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, negociación, comunicación y resolución creativa de problemas.
• Alto nivel de organización, atención al detalle y autonomía.
