Responsabilidades del puesto
- Liderar y coordinar equipos técnicos multidisciplinarios en proyectos de renovación y transformación tecnológica.
- Diseñar arquitecturas escalables y robustas, fundamentadas en microservicios, que garanticen la flexibilidad y el rendimiento de las soluciones.
- Supervisar y validar desarrollos tanto backend como frontend, asegurando la aplicación de buenas prácticas de programación y calidad en el software entregado.
- Gestionar la comunicación efectiva con stakeholders clave para alinear las metas técnicas con los objetivos de negocio, asegurando la entrega de valor continuo.
- Promover y facilitar la adopción de herramientas modernas y metodologías ágiles, como Scrum y DevOps, dentro de los equipos de desarrollo.
Perfil y habilidades requeridas
Buscamos profesionales con al menos 3 años de experiencia comprobable desempeñándose como Technical Lead o en roles similares de liderazgo técnico. Es fundamental contar con un profundo dominio en diseño de software, incluyendo patrones de arquitectura avanzados y experiencia práctica en la gestión de proyectos ágiles bajo Scrum. Valoramos altamente la capacidad de comunicación clara y eficaz, que permita liderar equipos técnicos y gestionar la interacción con diferentes áreas de negocio.
El candidato ideal debe tener conocimiento sólido en los siguientes aspectos técnicos: manejo de lenguajes de programación como Golang, C# y Typescript; frameworks modernos como .NET Core, Node.js y React.js; y herramientas de infraestructura y DevOps tales como Kubernetes y Kafka. Asimismo, se requiere un nivel intermedio a avanzado de inglés técnico para interactuar con documentación y equipos internacionales.
Además de habilidades técnicas, valoramos en nuestro Technical Lead la proactividad, capacidad para resolver problemas complejos, orientación a resultados, y la habilidad para fomentar un ambiente colaborativo y de mejora continua dentro del equipo.
Habilidades y conocimientos deseables
Serán considerados un plus la experiencia con Temporal para orquestación de workflows, y un conocimiento avanzado en prácticas DevOps que incluyan integración y entrega continua (CI/CD). También valoramos experiencia previa en proyectos de transformación digital en sectores regulados o altamente dinámicos, ya que permite una mejor adaptación a las necesidades de nuestros clientes. La capacidad para mentorizar a desarrolladores junior y semisenior, así como la experiencia en gestión del cambio dentro de equipos ágiles, fortalecerán el desempeño en este rol.

About the Role

About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for autonomously designing and implementing cloud-native solutions, specifically on AWS. This role requires a high degree of independence in technical architecture and project and stakeholder management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and resilient systems that meet our business needs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Software Development and Architecture: Writes production-ready code, going towards self-documenting code that is aligned with the overall service architecture. Utilizes abstractions and code isolation effectively. Makes sure apps can be monitored using a single observability tool and optimizes apps for lowest possible infrastructure cost. Works in a specific stack. Implements detailed software design.
- Project Impact and Responsibility: Take full ownership of one project from conception through deployment, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members, promoting best practices in cloud architecture and development. Provides mentorship in one stack.
- Continuous Improvement and operation: Identify issues in more than one stack and refactors systematic issues in at least one stack. Is able to respond to stakeholders when an issue is raised.

Requirements
- 4 years of experience as a software engineer.
- 3-4 years of experience with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), ideally with experience in using the AWS Cloud
- 2 years Development Kit (CDK) for deploying cloud infrastructure.
- 3-4 years of experience with TypeScript and NodeJS.
- 3-4 years of experience working with version control systems such as git. Ability to use Github Actions.
- 2 years of experience in Frontend (React).
- 3 years of experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with payment systems such as stripe, mercado pago, etc. (desired).
- Experience working with Zoho and Healthie is considered a plus (desired).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way.
