Requerimientos del cargo

Al menos 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software (mobile, web o backend).
Al menos 3 años de experiencia como líder formal de equipos de ingeniería de software, preferentemente gestionando ingenieros de múltiples especialidades técnicas.
Sólida experiencia en el diseño y desarrollo de sistemas distribuidos, arquitecturas de microservicios y plataformas cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experiencia comprobada implementando y escalando metodologías ágiles y cultura DevSecOps en equipos de alto rendimiento.
Habilidades de comunicación y negociación avanzadas, con experiencia demostrable en la gestión de stakeholders complejos en entornos corporativos.

Requirements

7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years building AWS serverless applications using CDK (or equivalent IaC tools such as Terraform or Pulumi).

Deep understanding of AWS serverless services and their operational characteristics.
