Tus responsabilidades
- Automatización de Pruebas:
- Diseñar y crear scripts automatizados para probar aplicaciones web, móviles y APIs. Usarás herramientas como Robot Framework y Appium (Android/iOS).
- Asegurar que las pruebas cubran servicios REST y GraphQL.
- Usar Python para crear soluciones y mejorar nuestros frameworks de prueba.
- Pruebas de Bases de Datos:
- Probar bases de datos relacionales (MySQL, PostgreSQL) y no relacionales (DynamoDB).
- Colaboración y Gestión:
- Documentar procesos, resultados y estrategias de prueba en Confluence.
- Colaborar de cerca con desarrolladores y equipos de negocio para asegurar la calidad.
- Gestionar tareas, estimar esfuerzos y priorizar en Jira.
- Infraestructura:
- Configurar pipelines CI/CD con GitHub Actions.
- Trabajar con entornos en la nube como AWS para ejecutar y mantener pruebas automatizadas.
- Capacitación y Crecimiento:
- Capacitar al equipo en herramientas y mejores prácticas de automatización.
- Fomentar la mejora continua compartiendo conocimientos y guiando a otros.
Lo que buscamos en ti
- Al menos 5 años de experiencia como QA Automation.
- Mucha experiencia en automatización de pruebas con Robot Framework y Appium (Android/iOS).
- Nivel avanzado de Python para scripts y frameworks.
- Experiencia diseñando y ejecutando pruebas de APIs (REST y GraphQL).
- Conocimiento de bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales (MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
- Conocimiento de herramientas CI/CD como GitHub Actions.
- Experiencia con AWS.
- Manejo de herramientas de gestión como Jira y Confluence.

Sobre el puesto
Buscamos un Analista de Procesos de Atención al Cliente. Tu misión será mejorar la experiencia del usuario optimizando y documentando nuestros flujos de trabajo. Qué harás

Lo que necesitas
- Una carrera universitaria en Matemáticas, Ingeniería, Desarrollo de Software, Administración o Gestión de Operaciones.
- Experiencia trabajando en soporte al cliente o analizando procesos de negocio.
- Conocer bien los sistemas y herramientas de atención al cliente (CRM, sistemas de tickets, etc.).
- Saber usar técnicas para modelar procesos (como BPMN, diagramas de flujo, mapeo de procesos).
- Ser bueno analizando datos y encontrando patrones.
- Comunicarte bien y saber trabajar en equipo con diferentes áreas.
- Ser detallista, pensar de forma crítica y poder gestionar proyectos.

Responsabilidades
- Diseñar y dirigir campañas clave centradas en cultura y marca.
