About the Role: 

 

This is a high-growth opportunity for a sharp, driven marketer who wants to learn performance marketing the right way — in the weeds, at scale, with real accountability.

GiddyUp's Performance Marketing Manager will work directly under GiddyUp's Senior Performance Marketing Manager, supporting the execution of pricing, promotional, and experimentation initiatives across our portfolio of DTC offers. This is not a passive support role. You'll be in the work everyday — running tests, pulling analysis, building frameworks, and contributing meaningfully to offer performance across the network.

What makes this role unique is the GiddyUp model itself. Our PMMs wear more hats than you'll find almost anywhere else in the industry — blending offer strategy, consumer psychology, funnel design, and statistically rigorous experimentation into a single function. You won't specialize into one narrow lane. You'll develop across all of them.

What You’ll Do: 

Pricing & Promotional Execution

  • Support the development and execution of pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies across assigned offers.

  • Help build and refine offer frameworks including bundle ladders, upsell flows, discount structures, and promotional mechanics.

  • Execute promotional structures such as BOGOs, limited-time discounts, free gift offers, and urgency-based mechanics — ensuring flawless setup and QA.

  • Apply psychological pricing principles and perceived value tactics under the guidance of the Senior PMM to drive conversion and AOV improvements.

  • Define how pricing and promotions are presented across landing pages and funnels — offer sections, CTAs, urgency elements, and social proof — in coordination with Creative Strategy.

Experimentation & Analysis

  • Execute pricing and promotion experiments in Statsig under the direction of the Senior PMM — from test setup and instrumentation to readout and documentation.

  • Support hypothesis development, defining primary success metrics and guardrail metrics for assigned tests.

  • Analyze experiment results rigorously, interpreting tradeoffs across AOV, AOM, RPS, EPC, refund rate, and network margin.

  • Partner with Data to ensure clean test design, accurate instrumentation, and reliable reporting.

  • Maintain organized experiment logs and readouts that create institutional knowledge and feed future roadmap decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build strong working relationships with Campaign Success Managers (CSMs), Campaign Ops, Creative Strategy, Data, and Traffic teams.

  • Partner with Campaign Ops to execute, QA, and launch tests accurately across platforms.

  • Work with Creative Strategy to ensure pricing intent is reflected in copy, visuals, and storytelling.

  • Collaborate with Traffic and Media Buying to validate test results at scale and support CPA increase conversations tied to performance improvements.

  • Support post-purchase offer development, upsell flows, and cross-sell strategies to maximize order value.

Position Overview

The Merchandising Representative will report to the Regional Manager and should possess sales qualities, serving as a true ambassador for the Celsius brand across our distribution channels, including grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience stores.

  • Ensure that account shelves, cold vault and stand-alone coolers are stocked and merchandised according to designated brand flow
  • Rotate backstock to existing displays, racks, cold space, warm shelf according to account guidelines. (Independent, chain, etc.)

  • Take pictures; include photos with reporting documents weekly

Requirements

About the role

The Account Supervisor manages the client services team across single or multiple clients. This position works directly with the client to ensure goals and objectives are being met. What you’ll do
  • Managing full omni-channel engagement.

About you
  • 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in a pharma agency environment with a background in digital tactics. 
  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing is required (HCP/DTC)
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and project teams in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in managing pharma brand launch in rare disease is preferred
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills

Overview

The Research Assistant I (Part-Time, Remote) in the Opendak Lab will provide dedicated data analysis support for ongoing research projects. Responsibilities

Nomad Equity manages a 45+ property short-term rental portfolio across five US states. We're tech-forward, automated, and growing. We're hiring a Direct Bookings Growth Lead to lead and scale our direct-booking channel.

The Role

Part-time contract, 100% focused on growth.

The goal: grow direct bookings as a percentage of revenue while spending as little as possible. We're biased toward cheap, durable channels (email, repeat guests, referrals, partnerships, SEO) over paid acquisition.

What You'll Do

  • Email campaigns to past guests (win-backs, off-season offers, new-property launches)
  • Repeat-guest / loyalty / referral programs
  • SEO on the booking site (property pages, location content, technical)
  • Partnerships (corporate housing, relocation, insurance, travel agents, local businesses)
  • Booking site conversion optimization
  • Paid acquisition (Google, Meta) where unit economics work
  • Weekly reporting on direct bookings, CAC, and channel mix vs OTA

Must-Haves

  • 2+ years scaling direct bookings in hospitality, travel, or vacation rentals (STR/VR management strongly preferred)
  • Concrete numbers from past work — % direct before/after, incremental revenue, timeframe
  • Hands-on email marketing experience (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with STR tech stack: Hostaway, PriceLabs, Boostly/Lodgify/Hostfully, OTA extranets
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Self-directed — measured on weekly numbers, not hours logged
