Job Description

The job holder is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overall functionality of all coffee machines within the Villa Hotels & Resorts premises. This includes diagnosing and resolving any technical faults, performing routine servicing, and ensuring all equipment operates efficiently to support high-quality service standards. The role is essential in maintaining smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction related to coffee and beverage services.

• Ensure machines are properly calibrated to meet quality and safety standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on all coffee machines to prevent breakdowns.
• Clean, descale, and inspect machines regularly as per the maintenance schedule.
• Carry out regular checks on machines and ensure that they are in working condition at all time.
• Assist and support Villa Technician in his works.
• Assist the other units of the maintenance department in their daily routine work.
• Ensure that every safety precaution is taken, while performing duty.
• Carry out any other work assigned by your manager from time to time.
• Install, set up, and calibrate coffee machines across hotel outlets.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Ensure machines consistently deliver high-quality beverages.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and coordinate with suppliers.
• Maintain service logs and report recurring or major issues.
• Train staff on proper machine usage and basic troubleshooting.
• Adhere to safety standards and report any hazards.
• Collaborate with F&B and Engineering teams to support smooth operations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical, or appliance repair.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with commercial coffee machines (e.g. espresso, bean-to-cup, filter machines).
• Strong knowledge of coffee equipment
• Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

POSTE / MISSIONS

Au sein de l'équipe études Route Guyane, vous participerez activement à la conception et à la modélisation de projets VRD (voiries, terrassements, réseaux, aménagements urbains et infrastructures routières).

En lien direct avec les ingénieurs d'études et le responsable du bureau d'études, vous serez garant(e) de la qualité technique et graphique des projets, de la phase d'avant-projet jusqu'à la consultation ou à l'exécution.

Réaliser les plans de conception et d'exécution VRD : profils en long, profils en travers, cubatures, nivellements, plans de réseaux, signalisation et marquage.

• Produire les modèles 3D sous Mensura ou Covadis et assurer la cohérence entre les différentes couches du projet.
• Élaborer les quantitatifs et métrés pour les chiffrages et études de prix.
• Participer à la rédaction des pièces techniques (plans, schémas, DOE).
• Assister les ingénieurs dans l'analyse des contraintes techniques et environnementales.
• Garantir la qualité et la conformité des livrables selon les standards EIFFAGE.
• Contribuer à la mise à jour et à l'archivage des bases de données et plans projets.
  
  

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Formation BTS / DUT Génie Civil, Travaux Publics, ou équivalent.

Expérience significative (3 à 5 ans minimum) en conception VRD au sein d'une entreprise de TP ou d'un bureau d'études.

Excellente Maîtrise Des Outils

Mensura / Covadis / AutoCAD (obligatoire)

Pack Office (Excel, Word)

Connaissance des règles de conception routière et d'assainissement VRD.

Rigueur, précision et esprit d'équipe.

Capacité à travailler en autonomie dans un environnement exigeant et pluridisciplinaire.

Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an Assistant Project Manager - Fragrance. The person in this role supports end-to-end project coordination for fragrance launches and ongoing product lines, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking project milestones, preparing and updating project calendars, and coordinating with internal teams such as product development, marketing, operations, and finance. The role involves working with vendors and external partners to manage samples, component deliveries, and approvals, as well as supporting inspection activities and quality checks throughout the supply chain. Qualifications

• Strong project coordination and project management skills, including timeline tracking, stakeholder communication, and risk monitoring.
• Experience or familiarity with expeditor and expediting responsibilities, such as following up on orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving delays.
• Knowledge of inspection and quality control practices, with attention to detail when reviewing samples, components, and finished goods.
• Understanding of logistics management, including shipment planning, documentation, and coordination with suppliers and freight partners.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing priorities across multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and external partners.
