Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day Marketo operations including campaign setup, testing, QA, deployment, and performance optimization
- Build and maintain complex multitouch nurtures, lead scoring models, and A/B testing frameworks
- Manage inquiry capture workflows and routing processes from form fill to Salesforce with accuracy and speed
- Collaborate with offshore execution resources to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery
- Partner with digital and web teams on dynamic chat, personalization, and lead capture enhancements
- Contribute to global marketing automation roadmap development and continuous process improvement
- Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to measure performance and identify optimization opportunities
Experience and Skills
- Senior-level professional with 7+ years of hands-on Marketo experience managing global campaign execution
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience with deep knowledge of Marketo/SFDC integration and data flow
- C1 English level or higher
- Proven ability to deliver error-free campaigns in complex operational workflows
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and data-driven decision making
- Experience with Python, Velocity, SQL, JSON, and HTML for automation and customization
- Proficiency with Power BI or similar BI tools for performance reporting
