Job Details:
We are looking for an Accounting Consultant to join a cutting-edge project at the intersection of accounting and artificial intelligence. This role is not about managing ledgers or closing books. Instead, you will leverage your accounting expertise to help design, validate, and train AI systems that will transform financial workflows.
You will collaborate with both accounting and engineering teams, ensuring that real-world accounting logic is accurately reflected in the next generation of AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document accounting processes and workflows.
- Review and validate financial records and simulated transactions to train AI models.
- Collaborate with software engineers to translate accounting rules into technical requirements.
- Build and maintain spreadsheets and templates for testing accounting scenarios.
- Contribute to defining best practices for AI-driven accounting automation.
Requirements:

Group Fitness Manager

As the Group Fitness Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of our group fitness program across multiple properties, ensuring class schedules run smoothly, instructors are supported, and residents receive an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities

Class Scheduling & Coordination:
- Manage and maintain group fitness class schedules across multiple properties.
- Add, update, and modify classes as needed to meet property demands.
- Oversee the class sub sheet to ensure full coverage at all times.
- Communicate all schedule changes promptly to instructors and property managers.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Hire and onboard new group fitness instructors.
- Create and manage job postings on Indeed and other platforms.
- Conduct interviews and extend offers to qualified candidates.
- Manage instructor agreements and onboarding documentation.
Instructor & Client Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for instructors and property managers.
- Handle scheduling conflicts, instructor concerns, and last-minute cancellations.
- Respond promptly to messages and emails through Salesmsg and other communication tools.
- Collect, review, and verify instructor attendance reports weekly.
Operational & Departmental Organization
- Manage data and workflows in Airtable for all class, instructor, and property tracking.
- Maintain accurate instructor availability and performance records.
- Ensure compliance with all Elevated Living policies and procedures.
Quality Control & Client Experience
- Monitor class participation, attendance, and resident feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve class quality and engagement.
- Support the implementation of strategies that enhance the resident fitness experience.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing group fitness programs or instructors.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Airtable, Google Workspace, and online communication tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders remotely.

Funciones del cargo
- Realizar troubleshooting de los equipos core, principalmente de Juniper (QFX y EX, ACX) y Cisco Nexus, para mantener la disponibilidad y rendimiento de la red.
- Realizar activaciones remotas de servicios de Internet para clientes externos, gestionando cambios y validaciones.
- Atender tickets de operaciones de redes escalados por el NOC, brindando soporte a clientes internos y externos.
- Elaborar reportes e informes de averías, incidencias y estados de los equipos core o de clientes, con recomendaciones de mejora.
- Monitorear el consumo de ancho de banda y la salud de la red, identificando cuellos de botella y proveyendo soluciones proactivas.
- Trabajar con herramientas de monitoreo ( SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix, Nagios, Wireshark ) y gestionar incidencias en sistemas de gestión de tickets (Jira, ServiceNow o similares).
- Colaborar en la instalación y configuración física en Data Centers cuando sea necesario (cableado, racks, etiquetado y pruebas).

- Más de 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo móvil con React Native.
