Job functions

Your mission is to:
Drive organic growth and engagement in the chiropractic niche
Build trust and authority through high-quality, on-brand content
Generate conversations that convert into qualified sales calls
Ensure our clients are successful, satisfied, and excited to stay with us

This role is hands-on, execution-heavy, and high-impact. If you love being on camera, building community, and seeing direct results from your work—this role is for you.

📌 What You’ll Own (Key Outcomes & KPIs)
B2B Organic Content & Social Media
Create, film, and edit content for Instagram
Execute a 30-day content plan
5 feed posts per week
2 Instagram stories daily
1 reel every other day
80% of content focused on chiropractors and related specialties

Social Media Prospecting
-Book 10 qualified calls per month
-Message 20 new prospects daily (Chiropractors, Neuropathy Clinics, Decompression Specialists)
-Prioritize prospects engaging with our content
-Engage with 20+ posts daily in our niche (likes + meaningful comments)
-Engagement & Community Growth
-Monitor engagement on every post
-Continuously optimize content for higher performance
-Respond to 100% of comments and DMs within 24 hours
-Build real relationships inside the industry
-Create monthly reports showing upward trends
-Increase engagement rate by 35%+ using niche-specific content

🔁 B2C Marketing & Fulfillment Support
Research offers, creatives, ad copy, and landing page ideas
Assist with client profitability reports
Translate content/resources into Spanish
Daily client support and coordination with account managers
Monitor failed payments and follow up on approvals and deliverables
