About the Role

We are looking for a Client Caller / Technical Coordinator who will act as the bridge between our U.S.-based clients and development team. This role requires strong communication skills and a solid software background to effectively understand client needs and coordinate with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements and provide updates
• Translate client needs into clear tasks for the development team
• Coordinate with developers to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
• Follow up on progress, blockers, and deadlines
• Maintain clear and professional communication at all times

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) - Native Speaker without an accent
• Comfortable speaking with U.S. clients in a professional setting
• Background in software development or technical field
• Good understanding of software development processes
• Strong organizational and coordination skills

Compensation

• $1,500 – $4,000 USD per month (based on experience)
