The Role: Full-Time Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B-focused marketing strategies across digital platforms, tailored to agency and brand decision-makers.
  • Own and manage content calendars for social media, blog, newsletter, and case studies, ensuring a consistent publishing rhythm.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to market new work, behind-the-scenes features, and thought leadership content.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on KPIs (reach, engagement, lead generation, conversions).
  • Oversee Ajax’s brand voice and positioning, ensuring all content reflects our values and creative identity.
  • Support business development efforts with targeted campaigns, automated email funnels, and compelling pitch materials.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent English Communication, both written and verbal, essential for collaboration with international teams.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Strategist within the creative, production, or media industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and the branded content / agency sales cycle.
  • Fluency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills with a keen eye for visual brand consistency.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
