Duolingo, la app de idiomas más usada, busca un Director o Directora de Campañas de Marketing. Liderarás nuestras campañas culturales más importantes durante un contrato temporal (por licencia parental). Este rol combina estrategia y creatividad, buscando conectar nuestra marca con gente de todo el mundo a través de ideas relevantes para su cultura.
Responsabilidades
- Diseñar y dirigir campañas clave centradas en cultura y marca.
- Supervisar los resultados para asegurar que se cumplan objetivos, presupuestos y KPIs.
- Planificar cómo distribuir y dar a conocer las campañas en distintos canales.
- Identificar tendencias sociales, culturales y de la comunidad para crear campañas originales.
- Colaborar con los equipos de creatividad, negocio, marketing de producto y operaciones para lanzar campañas a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.
- Coordinar con gerentes de marketing de otros países para adaptar y poner en marcha las campañas a nivel mundial.
Requisitos
- De 7 a 10 años de experiencia en marketing integrado, estrategia de marca o desarrollo de campañas.
- Amplia experiencia trabajando con equipos multifuncionales.
- Entender bien las tendencias culturales y el comportamiento de las audiencias.
- Título universitario o maestría en marketing o área afín.
- Experiencia en marketing digital, redes sociales y con influencers.
- Haber trabajado con marcas grandes y culturalmente relevantes.
- Capacidad para liderar estrategias multicanal y comunicar una visión clara.
Deseable
- Experiencia tanto en equipos internos como en agencias creativas.
- Experiencia en el sector tecnológico o de consumo digital.
- Interés en el aprendizaje de idiomas y la educación.
