¿Cuáles son los principales desafíos del cargo?
- Administrar el portafolio de proyectos de mantención y nuevos desarrollos.
- Coordinar y facilitar la gestión interna entre los distintos equipos de TI, QA, infraestructura y negocio.
- Reunirse con sponsors y áreas solicitantes para clarificar requerimientos y asegurar que respondan a las necesidades del negocio.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de costos, esfuerzos y plazos definidos para cada proyecto o mejora.
- Levantar impedimentos de manera clara, oportuna y proactiva ante jefaturas o gerencias.
- Mantener comunicación fluida y constante sobre los avances, riesgos y resultados de los proyectos.
- Adoptar una postura técnica frente a los usuarios, mediando efectivamente entre equipos técnicos y funcionales.
- Supervisar y orientar a un analista a su cargo, promoviendo su desarrollo profesional y el cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Utilizar herramientas de gestión como ServiceNow, Power BI y Office avanzado para seguimiento y análisis.

Requisitos:
- Profesional titulado en Ingeniería de Ejecución en Informática, Programación, Ingeniería Informática o carrera afín.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en análisis funcional o gestión de proyectos TI, idealmente en rubros financieros o aseguradores, con participación en levantamiento y especificación de requerimientos funcionales, gestión de proyectos y metodologías ágiles.

- Lenguajes y frameworks: Java, Angular, SFTP, Datastage.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an Unpaid Kotlin Developer Intern with expertise in Android development to join our team.
