Buscamos profesionales con al menos 2 años de experiencia directa en roles similares tales como: ejecutivos de éxito clientes, o especialistas en servicio a clientes, account manager y/o gestores de cuentas de clientes de empresas de tecnología y que hayan realizado su interacción con clientes a través de múltiples canales (llamadas, videollamadas y por escrito).

Es imprescindible contar con fluidez en 3 idiomas (español, inglés y portugués), dado que la comunicación verbal y escrita con los clientes se realizará en estos tres idiomas.

Valoramos la capacidad técnica y rapidez para el aprendizaje de nuevos programas informáticos, destacando el dominio probado de Microsoft Office Suite.
