Job functions

El objetivo de este cargo es aumentar la participación y compromiso de proveedores estratégicos en la plataforma Wherex, generando relaciones de alto valor que impulsen la experiencia de compra, la innovación del marketplace y el posicionamiento competitivo de la compañía.

- Construir relaciones estratégicas y sólidas con proveedores actuales y potenciales.

- Generar instancias de descubrimiento junto a proveedores relevantes, para definir oportunidades.

- Asegurar que los proveedores clave vean a Wherex como un aliado estratégico desde las primeras interacciones.

- Co-crear planes de acción para mejorar la experiencia y el uso de la plataforma.

- Participar y preparar en conjunto con Product Manager Marketplace, las reuniones con stakeholders internos para alinear la estrategia de partnerships con metas comerciales y de producto.

- Coordinar iniciativas internas (producto, operaciones, marketing) para mejorar la experiencia y adopción por parte de los proveedores.

- Resolver fricciones o barreras para la adopción de herramientas tecnológicas dentro de las empresas proveedoras.

- Diseñar y adaptar materiales de presentación y pitch según el perfil y madurez del proveedor.

- Participar en campañas dirigidas a proveedores estratégicos, colaborando desde su diseño hasta la implementación.

- Generar reportes de avance, insights y visibilidad para stakeholders internos y socios estratégicos.

- Participar en sesiones de descubrimiento para identificar nuevas oportunidades comerciales o de expansión de categoría.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Desde 3-5 años de experiencia como Customer Success Manager, Key Account Manager o similares.
  • Relacionamiento con contrapartes (cargos de clientes) C Level (gerencia).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar modalidad 4 días presencial y 1 día online.
  • Experiencia con reuniones presenciales y online con clientes.
  • Ideal experiencia en relacionamiento con proveedores.
  • Inglés intermedio.
  • Manejo intermedio de Salesforce u otro CRM.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Zendesk or Zoho Desk platforms to meet client requirements.
  • Design and implement workflows, triggers, automations, and reporting functionalities to optimize customer support operations.
  • Integrate ticketing systems with external platforms such as CRM software, Slack, and other collaboration tools to ensure seamless data flow and communication.
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based project teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical configurations.
  • Provide ongoing support and adjustments based on user feedback and evolving requirements.
  • Document configurations, processes, and best practices to maintain a knowledge base for the team.

Required Skills and Experience

We require candidates with solid experience configuring and customizing Zendesk or Zoho Desk platforms. Proficiency in creating and managing workflows, triggers, automations, and reports within these environments is essential.
Successful candidates will have experience integrating ticketing systems with CRM platforms, Slack, or other third-party tools to enhance system interoperability. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously are critical.
Conversational English is mandatory for effective communication with U.S.-based teams. Candidates should demonstrate excellent collaboration skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning and improving processes.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

Experience with APIs for Zendesk and Zoho Desk to create custom integrations and automation solutions would be considered a strong asset. Familiarity with additional customer service platforms or CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is beneficial.
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) used in custom workflows or webhooks, as well as experience with data analytics tools to enhance reporting capabilities, will further strengthen the candidate’s profile.
Soft skills such as time management, remote collaboration experience, and a customer-focused mindset are highly desirable.
