Funciones

  • Apoyar iniciativas de cultura organizacional y clima laboral, manteniendo la conexión y el bienestar del equipo.
  • Organizar actividades internas y campañas alineadas con nuestros valores (Somos Doers, Somos Infinite Learners, Juntos Somos Más).
  • Participar en procesos de comunicación interna y seguimiento de nuevos ingresos.
  • Apoyar acciones de marca empleadora y en procesos de reclutamiento y selección en el área de TI junto al equipo de Talent Acquisition.
  • Colaborar en proyectos de mejora de la experiencia del empleado y en iniciativas de desarrollo de personas dentro de un entorno 100% remoto.

Requisitos y perfil

Requisitos: ser estudiante de Psicología, Ingeniería Comercial o carreras afines. Disponibilidad para una práctica full time (remota). Interés genuino por cultura organizacional, bienestar laboral y desarrollo de personas.

Responsibilities

  • Source and engage candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline for IT roles.
  • Screen resumes and pre-select profiles based on technical and client criteria to ensure a good fit.
  • Conduct mass candidate outreach campaigns to attract qualified talent at scale.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidates using applicant tracking systems and other tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools for automation, writing, and profile searches to optimize sourcing efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

We are seeking a motivated IT Recruitment Analyst who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, remote-first environment. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in IT recruiting or talent sourcing and be comfortable working with modern sourcing tools and AI-assisted workflows. You should possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage high candidate volumes, and a knack for identifying both technical and cultural fit. Fluency in English (intermediate) is preferred for candidate and client communication. You’ll thrive in a collaborative setting, demonstrate proactive problem-solving, and consistently deliver results under pressure.
Key competencies include excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, time-management, resilience, and a proactive attitude toward process improvements. You should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a distributed team, maintaining a positive attitude and professional approach throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Desirable

Prior experience recruiting for IT roles, familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator, and exposure to AI-enabled recruitment workflows. Experience supporting high-volume hiring, candidate relationship management, and building diverse talent pipelines is advantageous. Strong English communication skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic client environment will help you succeed in our globally distributed team.
