  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers (hoteliers, DMCs, etc.). Over time, manage communications, rate checks, reservations, and special requests directly.
  • Track trip progress in the company’s CRM or project management tool, including payments and logistics updates.
  • Maintain accurate member profiles and trip information in the CRM for easy access and data consistency.
  • Support all aspects of travel coordination, such as:
  • Verifying frequent flyer numbers, Global Entry details, and client preferences.
  • Managing bookings, ticketing, and modifications (Sabre experience is a plus).
  • Ensuring passport and visa requirements are met.
  • Coordinating insurance, transfers, excursions, and special experiences.
  • Communicating VIP requests to hotels and service partners.
  • Delivering accurate, beautifully prepared final travel documents and departure packages.


Administrative Support

  • Organize and manage key documents in shared cloud systems (e.g., Google Drive).
  • Schedule meetings, discovery calls, and appointments while maintaining shared calendars.
  • Draft and proofread emails, manage communication channels, and assist with special projects.
  • Provide coverage support during team absences when needed.


Requirements

  • Based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe (Depending on the client)
  • Strong and reliable internet connection.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2 level).
  • Prior experience in the travel industry, ideally in luxury or bespoke travel, is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Sabre) is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and strong multitasking ability in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.

The Role

  • Produce high-quality 3D animated shorts (15–30 seconds) for YouTube Shorts.
