Es deseable experiencia en QoS y VPNs (IPSec, GRE, L2TP, SSL), Tunneling y NAT. Se valoran certificaciones como CCNA (obligatorio o mínimo), CCNP deseable; Juniper JNCIA/JNCIS-SP.
