⨠Where do we hire from? Find out if we're hiring in your location from hiring at TestGorilla
Hi there, I'm Mehak, interim Head of Marketing at TestGorilla. Weâre excited to share more about the Sr. Demand Generation Manager role and our team.
About the role
As our Sr. Demand Generation Manager, you'll be essential in achieving TestGorilla's vision of helping one billion people land their dream job. You'll own our largest acquisition lever, a multi-six-figure monthly Google Ads investment, along with the lifecycle, enrichment, and website systems that turn that spend into revenue. This isn't just a role, it's your chance to make a real difference by proving, with data, that every dollar of spend becomes pipeline. You'll directly contribute to sustainable, cost-efficient growth as TestGorilla scales.
Responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Upholding TestGorilla's behaviors and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture.
Owning the demand generation number across paid and organic channels, including managing and scaling paid spend across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and adjacent channels, while testing and developing emerging acquisition opportunities such as advertising on ChatGPT and other AI-native platforms. Setting the channel mix, budget allocation, and account structure required to hit MQL, SQO, and pipeline targets.
Building and owning source-of-truth reporting across paid and organic funnel performance, including SQL, dashboards, attribution modeling, and incrementality testing, so channel investment decisions are backed by evidence rather than platform screenshots.
Owning the roadmap for paid landing pages, ad creative, and offers, and running rapid A/B tests to lift conversion with proper statistical rigor.
Designing and owning automated nurture workflows and enrichment infrastructure (n8n, Make, HubSpot, Clay) so paid-sourced leads convert, and feeding that data back into targeting and ICP decisions.
Partnering with Sales and RevOps on lead quality and conversion by campaign, and presenting performance and recommendations to marketing and GTM leadership in clear, business-first language.
Staying ahead of advertising platform, AI ecosystem, and privacy changes, and turning successful tests into repeatable, automated systems rather than one-off wins.
What youâll bring
We're looking for someone who:
Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Thrives in a fast-paced, async-first, remote-only environment.
Has proven experience in performance or growth marketing, including hands-on ownership of a Google Ads budget of at least six figures per month (B2B SaaS strongly preferred), and a track record of scaling spend while holding or improving CAC and ROAS.
We typically expect 7+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing to have developed the core skills necessary for this position. But it may be more or less than that, according to your career journey so far.
Has deep expertise across the Google Ads stack, including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Smart Bidding, conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager.
Working knowledge and hands-on expertise of Clay, HubSpot (or a comparable CRM) and GA suite.
Has a solid grasp of funnel and unit economics (CAC, LTV:CAC, ROAS, payback period, cohort analysis) and comfort with experimentation design, including significance, sample sizing, and reading results honestly.
Has hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to build real growth workflows, from lead scoring to automation logic, not just surface-level use.
Has an ownership mentality: treats this budget like their own P&L, ships the workflow, dashboard, and test themselves, and is comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration as pipeline needs shift.
We seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups can be hesitant to apply unless they meet every requirement. If you're interested in this role but your experience doesn't perfectly match the description, please still apply.
Bonus skills
While these skills arenât a requirement, weâd be very interested to hear from you if you have:
Experience managing an agency or freelancers alongside in-house execution.
Exposure to PLG or hybrid PLG/sales-led GTM.
Experience presenting to VP/C-level stakeholders on performance and budget.
Experience owning SEO or content-led demand generation programs alongside paid channels.
Has strong working SQL, fluency in GA4 and at least one BI tool
Whatâs in it for you?
Please note:Â Some specifics, particularly around leave, may vary depending on your country of residence. This will be discussed during the hiring process.
Global Team:Â Join a fully remote, mission-driven team from around the world
Competitive compensation: Receive a competitive pay (â¬65,650-â¬84,500 per annum) + Share Appreciation Rights (SARs)

Someone downloads CoâStar every 5 seconds.
In the five years since we launched, 25% of young people 18-25 in the US have downloaded the app. Big Sean has rapped about us, Ariana Grande & Kevin Durant post screenshots to their IGs, and we've been App of the Day twice. We've been featured in the New York Times three times, this year on the cover of NYT Style. We have a global following, in 193 countries â missing just North Korea and Eritrea.
We don't pay for marketing â we designed the app to go viral, and it did.
Astrology has been popular for 4,000 years.
Astrology is a tool for speaking about yourself, about who you are, what you're experiencing, and how you relate to other people â in other words, a language for the things that really matter. It's a structured system, based on the physical locations of the planets in the sky, developed over millennia 4,000 years of practice.
Everyone has memories of reading a horoscope in the newspaper. You know your sign the same way you know the name of the street you grew up on. An average of 43% of Americans have believed in astrology since the 1970s.
We're merging the resonance of the humanities with the precision of technology.
Co-Star uses real-time NASA data and AI to bring this practice to the modern age. Every day, CoâStar generates millions of hyper-personalized horoscopes â a scale never previously possible. Every word of it is based on each person's unique astrology: where the stars physically were when they were born and where those same stars are now. CoâStar combines the art of ancient practice with cutting-edge artificial intelligence, creating the first synthetic text to be called "wildly beautiful."
We're a small, experienced team.
Co-Star is a team of 30, with experience in big tech (Amazon, Google, Snapchat), entertainment (Frank Ocean, Adult Swim), and academia (Harvard, Stanford, NYU, Columbia).
About The Brand Designer Role
We're looking for a talented visual designer to shape how Co-Star shows up outside of the app, in the broader world. We are looking for someone with a fresh, opinionated, and high-quality design foundation who can create work that feels distinct, not what's now but what's next.
You'll partner closely with the leadership on campaigns and visual storytelling across earned and owned channels. This is a freelance engagement with potential for a long-term partnership as the work (and team) grows.
What you'll do
- Design campaign visuals: ads, social, launches â from concept through finished assets
- Bring editorial design sensibility to our owned channels: email/welcome series, blog, campaign imagery
- Develop visual systems that are expressive rather than corporate
- Partner with marketing on what earned and owned should look and feel like
- Collaborate async with a small, fast-moving team
- You're a senior IC â roughly 5â8 years in â with a portfolio of expressive, culturally fluent graphic design: editorial, campaigns, identities across print and digital
- Typography and composition are your first language
- You can direct as well as execute: you've shaped campaigns, not just produced assets for them
- You're plugged into visual culture across art, fashion, publishing, music, and the internet
- You work well remotely and independently
- Editorial/publication experience (print or digital magazines)
- Motion or illustration
- You already make things with generative tools
- Freelance/contract, part-time to start, with room to grow
- Fully remote, anywhere. No travel required (though you're always welcome in NYC)
Send your portfolio. We care about taste, range, and point of view.

Blackthorn turns any organization's Salesforce® CRM into event planning software powered by their connected data. We're a growing, distributed team with teammates across the globe, and we build Salesforce-native tools that help teams create events, engage attendees, process payments, and measure success â all without leaving their CRM. Our customers range from tiny nonprofits to global corporations, and our products are known for going live in hours, not weeks. We believe the best enterprise software should feel as intuitive as the apps you use every day.
Why our work matters
Most event management tools force teams to juggle disconnected systems, wrestle with flimsy integrations, and spend more time syncing data than planning events. We're building the alternative: a connected platform inside Salesforce that gives organizations richer analytics to prove event ROI, better attendee experiences through personalization and automation, and the flexibility to fit any workflow. Every feature we ship helps our customers spend less time on logistics and more time on the events themselves.
What the job will bring you
A deep level of satisfaction through ownership of your role. You'll get more autonomy than at other companies (our team has told us). Connection. Our team is tightly knit, assisted through occasional team meetups (as we're remote). Challenge. We're trying to move as quickly as possible. This is not for you if you want to sit back and chill. As Ray Dalio says about life, "Meaningful work and meaningful relationships" provide meaning to life. We aim to bring this.
While we are a remote-first culture, we are currently only able to accept applicants in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, SD, TX, VA, WA, and WI

- The Impact: Every person at Giga touches the work that matters. No layers, no waiting for approval chains. You'll see your fingerprints on what we ship.

As Paralegal, youâll take full ownership of the NDA & intake process. Youâll drive NDAs to execution independently, without attorneys needing to be involved. Youâll maintain a centralized legal intake process â a single place where requests come in, get triaged, and get worked â and then hold the rest of the company accountable to using it. Youâll own the signature pipeline end to end: queuing documents, sending them out, and tracking them to completion. This is a highly autonomous role: youâll be given the outcome we need and trusted to enforce the process to get there, adapting as priorities shift.
This role starts as an individual contributor with real scope across every project at Giga, and thereâs a clear path to take on bigger, more complex work as you prove out the process.
Where youâll work
This role is remote. Travel is light â expect roughly 0â10%, mainly for occasional in-person team time.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end NDA process â draft, negotiate, and drive NDAs to execution independently, escalating to attorneys only on true edge cases.
- Design and own a centralized legal intake process, replacing todayâs scattered mix of personal email, Slack channels and DMs, and texts with a single, clear front door for legal requests.
- Triage incoming legal requests â route them appropriately and set expectations on turnaround.
- Enforce the intake process company-wide: when requests bypass it, redirect requesters back into the right workflow, including on Daveâs behalf.
- Manage the full signature pipeline â queue documents, send for e-signature, and track them to completion.
- Maintain and organize the contract repository so agreements are easy to find, track, and report on.
- Partner with attorneys and business teams to keep the legal function organized and responsive as request volume grows.
- Take on larger, higher-complexity projects as you build trust and track record in the role.
- 7+ years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal operations role.
- Experience independently managing NDAs from drafting through execution.
- Experience building, running, or significantly improving a legal intake or triage process.
- Working knowledge of e-signature tools, contract repositories, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight, exercising sound judgment on when to escalate to attorneys.
- Comfortable enforcing process consistently while staying flexible as priorities and workflows shift.
- Paralegal certificate.
- 10+ years of experience in a legal operations or paralegal role.
- Experience standing up legal intake or operations processes from scratch.
- Experience supporting legal teams at a high-growth or fast-paced company.
- Experience preparing legal notes or executive briefs.
- Subsidized health, dental, and vision insurance
- Equity (options) in a rapidly growing startup
- 401(k) with 4% employer match
- Unlimited PTO
- Parental leave
- Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA)
- Commuter benefits
- Monthly team on-sites where all offices come in-person to collaborate
We hire people who thrive in chaos and get sharper under pressure. You don't wait to be told what to do, you spot the gap and fill it. When there's work to be done, you do it. You make decisions with the information you have, move fast, and adjust along the way. We're not looking for perfect; we're looking for people who get things done.

HealthCorps is a national non-profit committed to improving lives by addressing health challenges in communities through innovative programming in education, leadership, and service learning. We empower teens to become change agents within their families, schools, and neighborhoods. Our program is grounded in the understanding that limited access to health education can lead to a lifetime of social, emotional, and physical challenges.
The Opportunity
HealthCorps is launching a new Growth & Strategic Partnerships Division, and the VP of Strategic Partnerships & Growth will be its architect, engine, and external face. You'll hold a broad, high-impact portfolio: leading HealthCorps' national funder and strategic partnerships, driving development, grant management, and fundraising, shaping our brand and marketing, and growing our alumni, community, and hub partnership work. You won't do it alone. A national team, along with program managers across our hubs, will help you build and execute this vision.

This is an ideal role for a mission-aligned leader who can prospect a health system executive and coach a marketing manager in the same week, someone energized by both the hunt and the build.

- Partner with program teams to translate research-validated impact data and stories into compelling, consistent external narratives

- Represent HealthCorps at conferences, sector events, and media opportunities alongside the CEO and program leaders

- Strengthen HealthCorps' presence in each market by partnering with local teams to plan events, cultivate partnerships, and raise the organization's visibility
- Cultivate and engage HealthCorps' alumni as a strategic community, building a strong, active network and connecting alumni to advisory roles, volunteer opportunities, and local partnerships that extend our reach
- Lead and develop a high-performing team: Senior Manager of Development, Marketing Manager, Director of Events (part-time), and Alumni & Community Manager
- Serve as a player-coach who models the work while developing others, holding your own partnership portfolio while coaching the team toward revenue and relationship goals

- Familiarity with health systems, corporate social responsibility, education, or youth-serving sectors; experience working with health systems or school districts is a strong plus
