Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Kubernetes ecosystem initiatives within the Workload Management Team. You'll work closely with Platform Engineering, AI, and Software Engineering teams. You'll lead a group of engineers responsible for integrating our next-gen hardware accelerator into Kubernetes environments, validating its integration, and supporting DevOps.

This is a leadership role focused on people, not hands-on engineering. However, you'll need a strong background in software engineering and cloud-native technologies. This helps you effectively guide the team, understand technical challenges, and work well with a wide range of stakeholders.

You need previous line-management experience.
