Do you love the challenge of removing bottlenecks in development and deployment processes? If scalability and stability are your thing, then we may have the perfect opportunity for you.

About Us:

ChowNow is one of the leading players in off-premise restaurant technology. As takeout becomes a vital revenue stream for independent restaurants, our platform helps owners focus on what they do best—serving great food—by offering solutions across the entire digital dining experience. From building branded websites and mobile apps, to powering online orders, managing menus, consolidating delivery, and running targeted marketing, we give restaurants the tools to grow on their own terms.

We support over 20,000 restaurants across North America, helping process $1B+ in gross food sales while saving our partners over $700M in third-party commission fees. Through our white-label ordering solutions, a growing demand network (including Google, Yelp, Apple, and Snap), and a diner-friendly marketplace, we empower independent restaurants to own their customer relationships and avoid inflated pricing and fees charged by 3rd party delivery apps like Uber and Doordash.

Founded in 2012, we’ve navigated rapid growth and transformation—from startup roots through the pandemic boom—and are now beginning an exciting new era under our CEO, Kanika Soni. As we evolve with new leadership and cutting-edge tools, we’re deepening our commitment to helping local restaurants thrive in the digital economy.

About the Position:

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at ChowNow, you will be specifically responsible for building, improving, and growing our technology infrastructure. You celebrate diversity. You recognize that diversity and inclusivity matter. You’re committed to progress, which means everyone gets the support and resources they need, no matter who they are.  You have an ability to listen to other team members' ideas and can thrive in an environment that embraces individuality. Everyone’s voice counts.

You raise your hand. You consistently go above and beyond what is asked of you. You help your peers accomplish their tasks while also excelling at accomplishing your own. When you have a smart idea, you raise your hand and share it.

You keep reaching. You set clear ambitious goals. You don’t allow yourself to become complacent with where you’re at and what you’ve done, so you seek out new opportunities and challenges.

Senior Site Reliability Engineer AI Infrastructure
  • Andromeda Cluster
  • San Francisco
ai devops engineer ops

Senior Site Reliability Engineer - AI Infrastructure

Location: Global Remote / San Francisco · Full-Time

About Andromeda

Andromeda Cluster was founded by Nat Friedman and Daniel Gross to give early-stage startups access to the kind of scaled AI infrastructure once reserved only for hyperscalers.

We began with a single managed cluster — but it filled almost instantly. Since then, we’ve been quietly building the systems, network, and orchestration layer that makes the world’s AI infrastructure more accessible.

Today, Andromeda works with leading AI labs, data centers, and cloud providers to deliver compute when and where it’s needed most. Our platform routes training and inference jobs across global supply, unlocking flexibility and efficiency in one of the fastest-growing markets on earth.

Our long-term vision is to build the liquidity layer for global AI compute — a marketplace that moves the infrastructure and workloads powering AGI not dissimilar to the flows of capital in the world’s financial markets.

We are expanding to new frontiers to find the brightest that work in AI infrastructure, research and engineering.

The Role

This is not a generalist SRE role.

You will design, operate, and debug large-scale GPU infrastructure used for distributed training and inference, working directly with customers pushing the limits of modern AI systems.

We’re looking for engineers who have personally run GPU clusters in production, understand the failure modes of distributed training, and can reason about performance from network fabric → kernel → framework.

What You’ll Own

  • GPU Cluster Architecture: Design and evolve multi-provider, multi-region GPU compute clusters optimized for large-scale training. Make topology-aware scheduling, networking, and storage decisions that directly impact training throughput and cost efficiency.

  • Customer Technical Partnership: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers running large-scale training workloads. Onboard, troubleshoot, and optimize, often in real time.

  • Reliability & Performance Engineering: Define SLOs and error budgets that account for the unique failure modes of GPU infrastructure (ECC errors, NVLink degradation, NCCL timeouts). Own capacity planning across heterogeneous GPU fleets optimized for training throughput.

  • Networking & Fabric Health: Ensure the health and performance of high-speed interconnects (InfiniBand, RoCE, NVLink) that underpin distributed training. Diagnose and resolve fabric-level issues that degrade collective operations.

  • Observability: Build deep visibility into GPU utilization, memory pressure, interconnect throughput, training job performance, and hardware health. Go well beyond standard infrastructure metrics.

  • Automation & Tooling: Build production-grade automation for cluster provisioning, GPU health checks, job scheduling, self-healing, and firmware/driver lifecycle management.

  • Incident Leadership: Lead incident response for complex, multi-layer failures spanning hardware, networking, orchestration, and ML frameworks. Drive blameless postmortems and systemic fixes.

What We’re Looking For

  • GPU Systems Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience operating large-scale GPU clusters (NVIDIA A100/H100/B200 or equivalent). You understand GPU memory hierarchies, ECC behavior, thermal throttling, and hardware failure modes from direct experience not documentation.

  • High-Performance Networking: Production experience with InfiniBand, RoCE, or NVLink fabrics in the context of distributed training. You can diagnose why an all-reduce is slow, identify a degraded link in a fat-tree topology, and reason about congestion control at scale.

  • Distributed Training & ML Frameworks: Working knowledge of how large training jobs actually run — NCCL, CUDA, PyTorch distributed, DeepSpeed, Megatron, FSDP, or similar. You don't need to write the models, but you need to understand what's happening at the systems level when a 1,000-GPU training run stalls.

  • Linux & Systems Internals: Expert-level Linux knowledge: kernel tuning, driver management (NVIDIA drivers, CUDA toolkit), cgroup/namespace internals, performance profiling at the syscall and hardware level.

  • Kubernetes & Orchestration: Strong experience running Kubernetes in production with GPU workloads, including device plugins, topology-aware scheduling, multi-cluster federation, and custom operators. Experience with Slurm or other HPC schedulers is equally valued.

  • Automation & Software Engineering: Strong engineering skills in Python, Go, or Bash. You build production-grade tools and services, not just scripts. Infrastructure-as-Code proficiency (Terraform, Helm, Ansible, or equivalent).

  • Observability & Monitoring: Hands-on experience building monitoring and alerting for GPU infrastructure, not just Prometheus/Grafana basics, but GPU-specific telemetry (DCGM, nvidia-smi, fabric manager metrics) integrated into actionable dashboards.

  • Incident Management: Proven track record leading incident response for complex distributed systems where the failure could be in hardware, firmware, networking, drivers, orchestration, or application code and you need to narrow it down fast.

Strong Candidates May Have

  • Distributed Storage: Experience with high-performance parallel file systems (VAST, Weka, Lustre, GPFS) and the checkpoint I/O and data-loading bottlenecks that come with large training runs.

  • Training Optimization: Experience profiling and optimizing distributed training performance: identifying stragglers, tuning collective communication strategies, improving MFU (Model FLOPs Utilization), and reducing idle GPU time across large runs.

  • Cluster Buildout & Hardware: Experience involved in physical cluster design - rack layout, power/cooling constraints, network topology design, and hardware validation/burn-in at scale.

  • Team Leadership: Experience leading or mentoring a team of infrastructure engineers. We're growing and need people who raise the bar for everyone around them.

Why You’ll Love It Here

This is a high-impact, senior builder’s role. You’ll have significant ownership and autonomy to shape how our systems run at a foundational level, working directly with customers and providers while architecting the infrastructure backbone for reliable, scalable AI compute. You’ll influence technical direction and help define what world-class AI infrastructure operations look like.

Andromeda Cluster is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Team Mission 🚀

We power OakNorth's relationship‑led lending with modern, modular tools across origination, underwriting, execution, and portfolio monitoring.

\n

The Role 👋
  • As a Staff Engineer you’ll work with product and engineering across multiple squads to ensure the right trade-offs are being made and that dependencies and communication is managed effectively. Staff Engineers are the most visible engineers in the organisation and demonstrate technical excellence and our cultural values across all squads and to teams across the wider organisation.
  • Have a strong technical background, including 8+ years of experience designing and engineering large scale systems.
  • Lead squads to sensible architectural decisions on the most complex technical problems.
  • Measure your success in terms of business impact, not lines of code.
  • Internalise the best ideas from across the organisation, humbly setting a vision that others can get behind.
  • Embrace DevOps culture: You build it, you run it.
  • Work well cross-functionally and earn trust from co-workers at all levels.
  • Prefer simple solutions and designs over complex ones.
  • Enjoy working with a diverse group of people with different areas of expertise.
  • You challenge the existing approach when you see the cliff edge racing towards us, but also get on board once the options have been debated and the team has made a decision.
  • You are comfortably organised amongst chaos.
  • You are a broad thinker and have the capability to see the potential impact of decisions across the wider business.
  • Utilise GenerativeAI: Leverage GenAI tools to increase productivity and enhance decision making processes within the role

Nice to Have Skills 🌟
  • Experience with AI/LLM integrations and Generative AI applications
  • Knowledge of intelligent document processing and NLP techniques
  • Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) and search platforms (e.g., OpenSearch, Elasticsearch)
  • Exposure to agentic workflows or orchestration frameworks for multi-step AI reasoning, familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol), and frameworks like Claude Code

Tech stack 🧱
  • We're pragmatic about our technology choices. These are some of the things we use at the moment:
  • 🗃 Python
  • 🗄️ PostgreSQL, BigQuery, MySQL
  • 🎨 TypeScript, React, styled-components
  • 🔧 Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, pytest
  • ☁️ AWS, GCP
  • 🚀 ECS Fargate, Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions

How we expect you to work 👷‍♀️
  • We expect you to work in these ways, as well as encouraging and enabling these practices from others:
  • Collaborate 💬 - We work in cross-functional, mission driven, autonomous squads that gel over time. We pair program to work better through shared experience and knowledge.
  • Focus on outcomes over outputs ✅ - Solving a problem for users that translates to business results is our goal. Measurements focused on that goal help us to understand if we are succeeding.
  • Practice continuous improvement 💡 - We optimise for feedback now, rather than presume what might be needed in the future and introduce complexity before it will be used. This means we learn faster. We share learnings in blame-free formats, so that we do not repeat things that have failed, but still have confidence to innovate.
  • Seek to understand our users 👂 - We constantly seek understanding from data and conversations to better serve our users' needs, taking an active part in research to hear from them directly and regularly.
  • Embrace and enable continuous deployment 🤖 - Seamless delivery of changes into an environment - without manual intervention - is essential for us to ensure that we are highly productive; consider resiliency; and practice security by design.
  • Test outside-in, test first 🚦 - TDD keeps us confident in moving fast, and deploying regularly. We want to solve user problems, and so we test with that mindset - writing scenarios first, then considering our solution; coupling tests to behaviour, rather than implementation.
  • You build it, you run it ⚙️ - We embrace DevOps culture and end-to-end ownership of products and features. Every engineer, regardless of their role, has the opportunity to lead delivery of features from start to finish.
  • Be cloud native ☁️ - We leverage automation and hosted services to deliver resilient, secure services quickly and consistently. Where SaaS tools help us achieve more productivity and better quality results for a cheap price, we use these to automate low value tasks.

How we expect you to behave ❤️
  • We embrace difference and know that when we can be ourselves at work, we are happier, more motivated, and creative. We want to be able to bring our whole selves to work, have our own perspectives and know that we belong. As such, through your behaviours at work, we expect you to reflect and actively sustain a healthy engineering environment that looks like this:
  • A wide range of voices heard to the benefit of all
  • Teams that are clearly happy, engaged, and laugh together
  • Perceivable safety to have an opinion or ask a question
  • No egos - people listen to and learn from others at all levels, with strong opinions held loosely

What makes working here better 😍
  • This is a truly hybrid role, offering engineers the flexibility to work from home while also providing opportunities to collaborate in person with the team when it adds value. There’s no fixed requirement for days in the office, instead, we focus on creating space for engineers to engage meaningfully, whether that’s in-person for whiteboarding sessions or remote for deep focus work.
  • Work-life balance 🌴 - 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) each year, and enhanced family leave allowances.
  • Competitive salary & equity 🏦 - We want people to have a serious stake in the business.
  • Good kit 💻 - Your choice of the best laptop, running macOS.
  • Team socials 🎉 - The opportunity to get to know each other outside of work.
  • Company socials 🥡 - A chance to catch up and meet new colleagues weekly over informal office breakfasts Lunches and dinners on OakNorth - or at our free barista bar every day.
  • Commuter support 🚲 - We offer the cycle to work and EV scheme.

About Us

We’re OakNorth Bank and we embolden entrepreneurs to realise their ambitions, understand their markets, and apply data intelligence to everyday decisions to scale successfully at pace.

Banking should be barrier-free. It’s a belief at our very core, inspired by our entrepreneurial spirit, driven by the unmet financial needs of millions, and delivered by our data-driven tools.

And for those who love helping businesses thrive? Our savings accounts help diversify the high street and create new jobs, all while earning savers some of the highest interest on the market.

But we go beyond finance, to empower our people, encourage professional growth and create an environment where everyone can thrive. We strive to create an inclusive and diverse workplace where people can be themselves and succeed.

Our story

OakNorth Bank was built on the foundations of frustrations with old-school banking. In 2005, when our founders tried to get capital for their data analytics company, the computer said ‘no’. Unfortunately, all major banks in the UK were using the same computer – and it was broken.

Why was it so difficult for a profitable business with impressive cashflow, retained clients, and clear commercial success to get a loan?

The industry was backward-looking and too focused on historic financials, rather than future potential.

So, what if there was a bank, founded by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs? One that offered a dramatically better borrowing experience for businesses?

No more what ifs, OakNorth Bank exists.

Senior Backend Engineer
  • Akuity
  • Remote
senior backend engineer saas

About Akuity

With the move to the cloud, Kubernetes has become widely adopted by DevOps and Platform Engineering teams, but it has also added complexity. While scaling Kubernetes at Intuit, the Akuity founders started building Argo CD in order to streamline the adoption of Kubernetes. Argo CD helps developers own, understand and deploy their K8s deployments via GitOps.

Today, Argo CD is the third most popular project in the CNCF (Cloud Native Computing Foundation) and is used by 70% of companies who are using Kubernetes in production. The list of Argo CD users includes companies like Intuit, BlackRock, Tesla, Major League Baseball, Peloton, and many more.

The team founded Akuity in 2021 to enable enterprises to ship software faster and more reliably with modern GitOps best practices. The Akuity Platform enables teams to manage the development and deployment across hundreds – if not thousands – of Kubernetes clusters from a single control plane. Trusted by top companies around the globe, the Akuity Platform provides the only end-to-end GitOps platform for the enterprises.

Our mission is to simplify the software delivery process so that DevOps and Platform Engineering teams can move fast, and deploy code effortlessly without the fear of breaking things.

The Role

As one of the senior engineers at Akuity, you will work on actively building and continuously improving Akuity's SaaS platform for our global developer community. We're looking for developers who build tools with an empathic mindset and are comfortable cross collaborating with others. You know developers and how to build tools to solve their pain points. Beyond building developer-centric tools, you will mentor team members around engineering best practices, participate in product development, and help contribute to the company's culture. This is an exciting position for someone to impact developer tools and the developer ecosystem globally.

Our Engineering Philosophy

At Empassion, we believe that the highest form of engineering is achieved in building simple yet robust solutions to solve complex business problems.

Our philosophy is guided by five core principles

Maintainability First: We stay closely attuned to industry trends but choose our tools with the discretion that healthcare technology demands. We reach first for battle-tested, well-supported technologies that allow us to deliver business value quickly and ensure reliability for the patients and clinicians that depend on us. Our engineers take pride in solutions that are built to last and simple to maintain.

Mindful Innovation: As technical experts, we must lead the charge in uncovering opportunities for innovation and automation across our business. We encourage the use of emergent technologies when they provide a clear, measurable impact for our most pressing business problems. Our engineers are innovators who can justify their choices with expertise and professional wisdom.

Extreme Ownership: Our engineers carry a deep sense of personal accountability for everything they ship. We aren’t satisfied with just completing the requirements in a ticket; we partner with stakeholders and dive deeply into business problems to ensure we are building the right thing, often identifying gaps in requirements well before they become problems in production. We view thorough documentation and rigorous self-testing of our code as non-negotiable parts of the job—not for the sake of process, but because we refuse to leave the success of our work to chance.

Business-Focused Engineering: We don't measure success by the frequency of releases or the number of tickets closed, but by the outcomes that we drive for our clinicians and patients. We expect every engineer on our team to possess a keen "business sense"—to understand the why behind a request before diving into the how. It is our responsibility to develop a deep understanding of our stakeholders’ pain points and proactively propose technical solutions that address them with accuracy.

Simplicity over Complexity : We strive to write software that is simple, clear and approachable, allowing new engineers to open pull requests within their first week on the job. We are careful to avoid speculative abstractions, experimental design patterns, and other forms of over-engineering that make our systems difficult to understand, debug, and maintain.

Chief Operating Officer
  • CHRONA
  • Madrid, Madrid, Comunidad de Madrid, España
design infosec designer customer support
International technology group (multiple legal entities, distributed teams across different regions) is looking for a COO.

We are a technology company. Our primary market is the USA. We build and evolve tech solutions for complex, regulated, and operationally intensive business domains where speed, quality, security, process maturity, and the ability to adapt quickly truly matter.

We are currently at a scaling stage. Our goal is to turn strategy into systematic execution, improve operational efficiency, strengthen the People function, develop the employer brand, and drive a natural process transformation — from a predominantly human‑driven model to a hybrid operations model where people and AI tools work together, and AI operations are continuously improved, measured, and embedded into the company's daily work.

The COO role is neither an administrator nor an executor of the CEO's tasks. It is the CEO's right hand, a strategic partner, and the main driver of strategy implementation across the entire company.

The main mission of the role

The COO must help turn strategic intent into practical execution.

Your job is to regularly capture strategic input from the CEO, validate it, participate in refining the strategy, translate it into clear operational priorities, and ensure their company‑wide implementation.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Strategy execution - developing operational plans, tracking key initiatives, removing bottlenecks, building accountability. Ability to say "no" to initiatives that don't work or create distraction.
  • People, HR & employer brand - developing HR as a strategic business partner, improving hiring, onboarding, and retention. Aligning HR and PR with the company's real positioning, fostering a culture of ownership and growth.
  • AI transformation of operations - identifying processes where AI can deliver real impact, shifting to a hybrid model, embedding AI tools into HR, knowledge management, reporting, and employee training. AI must become part of operational maturity, not a standalone experiment.
  • Operational efficiency, speed & security - streamlining processes without unnecessary bureaucracy, improving cost-efficiency, transparency, and operational discipline. Identifying problems early, making decisions quickly.
  • Learning culture - building a system for continuous learning, developing key employees, enabling knowledge sharing, leadership programs - so that the company systematically grows its expertise.

Experience & hard skills:

  • 7+ years in senior operational roles in large companies (500+ employees).
  • Experience scaling an international company (headcount growth, new markets).
  • 2–3 successful change management cases.
  • HR management (goal setting, tracking KPIs).
  • Leading legal and back-office functions (document flow, contracts).
  • Collaboration with finance (opex budgeting, cost control).
  • Experience in business process automation (ERP, BPM).
  • Understanding of AI capabilities, experience in implementation and cost optimization.
  • Experience working with technical teams (development, DevOps, IT infrastructure).
  • Building learning systems, performance management, and career tracks.
  • Involvement in employer brand and internal culture development.
  • Fluent business English.

Personal & behavioral profile:

  • A driver, not an executor - initiates actions independently, does not wait for tasks from the CEO.
  • Understands the strategic context, knows how to translate strategy into operational plans and control.
  • Systematic thinking without bureaucracy - processes for the sake of results, quality, and speed, not for control.
  • Experience working with distributed teams.
  • Capable of strengthening HR, employer brand, and culture.
  • Sees AI as a real tool for operational transformation, not just a trend.
  • Knows how to constructively challenge the CEO and block wrong initiatives.
  • Focused on results, speed, efficiency, and security.

Expected Business Results

  • Strategy stops being just talk - it turns into day‑to‑day execution company‑wide.
  • The company becomes faster, more transparent, more cost‑efficient, more manageable, and more secure.
  • The People function works as a strategic partner: hiring, onboarding, retention, and a culture of accountability.
  • The employer brand is developed and aligned with the company's real positioning.
  • AI is embedded into the operating model (hybrid human+AI), measured, and continuously improved.
  • Operational processes are free of unnecessary bureaucracy, with early problem detection.
  • A culture of continuous learning and employee growth is established.
  • The CEO gains a strong operational backbone - the #1 person for strategy implementation.

Operations Engineer Kuala Lumpur

ops engineer devops operations

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an Operations Engineer who is technically curious, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and proactive to join our Global Technical Operations (GTO) team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to monitor and investigate production issues across a global platform, help improve how we detect and respond to incidents, analyze trends and patterns in production data, and contribute to better communication with partners and stakeholders during incidents.

Strong troubleshooting skills, observability platform experience, and scripting ability are essential, along with experience in SRE, DevOps, production operations, or NOC environments supporting high-availability platforms (payments, e-commerce, SaaS, or gaming). The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English — both written and verbal — when writing incident updates, shift handoffs, and status page communications will be key to your success in this role.

If you're passionate about keeping critical systems running and continuously improving operational processes and love being the first to spot issues and the one who drives them to resolution for game developers and players worldwide, we would love to hear from you!

Operations Engineer, Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary dashboard monitor during your shift — continuously watch the GTO Operational Dashboard in Datadog, detect anomalies by correlating signals across APM, logs, metrics, synthetic tests, and Real User Monitoring, and determine whether alerts warrant an incident ticket or can be resolved through immediate investigation.

  • Triage and investigate production incidents — create incident tickets in JIRA Service Management, perform initial technical investigation using Datadog (traces, logs, infrastructure and application metrics), determine blast radius and likely root cause domain, and route to the correct team (Product SRE, Infrastructure SRE, or Engineering) using the smart routing model.

  • Own lower-severity incidents end-to-end from detection through resolution — diagnose, execute runbook procedures, and resolve without escalation where possible. Escalate promptly when an incident is unresolved within defined thresholds or requires a code-level fix.

  • Support the TSO Lead during major incidents as the technical right hand in the war room — surface real-time data (error rates, impact scope, deployment history, related alerts), maintain the incident ticket with live timeline entries and linked evidence, and execute mitigation actions as directed.

  • Draft incident communications under TSO Lead direction, including internal Slack updates, stakeholder notifications, and customer-facing status page updates (status.xsolla.com). Support clear, timely communication throughout the incident lifecycle.

  • During non-incident periods, analyze incident trends, recurring issues, and production bugs — compile data from Datadog, JIRA, and Slack, identify patterns, and contribute findings to regular reports for product and engineering teams.

  • Publish health reports of critical apps periodically.

  • Compile incident timelines and draft initial PIR documents for Post-Incident Review preparation. Track PIR action items post-session and flag overdue items to the TSO Lead.

  • Build and maintain operational automation (alert enrichment scripts, incident templates, Slack workflows, dashboard widgets) and contribute to runbook development — documenting new resolution procedures so they can be repeated by any Operations Engineer on any shift.

  • Conduct structured shift handoffs covering active incidents, at-risk services, upcoming deployments, and follow-up items. Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with SREs to continuously expand independent resolution capability.

  • Cover for the TSO Lead during vacations, absences, or emergencies — including severity classification, escalation decisions, stakeholder communications, and basic Incident Commander functions.

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, production operations, NOC, or technical operations in a high-availability environment. Experience with platforms that handle payments, e-commerce, SaaS, or gaming workloads is preferred.

  • Strong troubleshooting and investigation skills — ability to take an alert or user-reported symptom and methodically trace it through the stack: application logs, APM traces, infrastructure metrics, database queries, and network paths.

  • Hands-on experience with Datadog (or equivalent observability platform: Grafana, Splunk, New Relic, Elastic) — navigating APM, building log queries, reading infrastructure dashboards, interpreting SLO burn rates, and configuring monitors and alerts.

  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Python, Go, or Bash. You will write automation scripts, build operational tooling, and work with APIs.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English — ability to write incident tickets, investigation notes, Slack updates, shift handoff reports, status page communications, and PIR drafts that are clear, concise, and useful to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable) — understanding of pods, deployments, services, ingress, node health, and how to investigate Kubernetes-related production issues.

  • Understanding of SLOs, error budgets, and burn-rate alerting — knowing what a multi-window burn-rate alert means, how error budgets deplete, and how SLO breaches translate into incident severity.

  • Experience with incident management tooling: JIRA or JIRA Service Management, PagerDuty or OpsGenie, Slack, and Confluence.

  • Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML-assisted operations: anomaly detection, alert correlation, predictive monitoring, or automated remediation.

  • Comfort with 24x7 shift-based operations as part of a follow-the-sun model with handoff overlaps. Weekend on-call (rotating) is required.

Nice to have:
  • Experience in the gaming, payments, or fintech industry — particularly environments where transaction processing, checkout flows, or player-facing services must meet strict uptime requirements.

  • Familiarity with Datadog Service Catalog, synthetic monitoring, and RUM (Real User Monitoring).

  • Experience with distributed systems debugging: tracing failures across microservices, understanding cascading failures, and reading distributed traces end-to-end.

  • Exposure to database operations (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka) at a level sufficient to investigate connection pool exhaustion, replication lag, slow queries, or queue backlogs during incidents.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Helm) — enough to correlate recent deployments with production issues and identify rollback targets.

  • JIRA Service Management administration experience: workflows, automation rules, SLA timers, and queues.

  • ITIL Foundation certification is a plus but not required — practical experience matters more.

We are a force multiplier for defenders, helping organizations enhance their cybersecurity posture through advanced threat detection, rapid response, and continuous protection. Our team is composed of industry experts with deep experience in cybersecurity, automation and AI-driven solutions. Backed by leading investors, we are rapidly growing and seeking top talent to join our mission of revolutionizing the AI-Native MDR landscape.

We’re a fast growing startup backed by industry experts and top tier investors led by Crosspoint Capital Partners and also backed by Shield Capital, DTCP (formerly Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners), Deepwork Capital, and the Florida Opportunity Fund. Seed round led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z). As an early employee, you’ll play a meaningful role in defining and building our culture. Get in on the ground floor. We’re a small but well-funded team that just raised a substantial round – joining now comes with limited risk and unlimited upside.

The Role

We are hiring a Territory Sales Manager to own pipeline generation and revenue across EMEA. You will be one of the first commercial hires in the region, responsible for landing and expanding mid-market and enterprise customers across the UK, DACH, Benelux, Nordics, France, Italy, and the Middle East and Africa. This is a full-cycle quota-carrying role: you will prospect, qualify, run complex evaluations, negotiate contracts, and close deals alongside sales engineering, product, and executive sponsors.

You will report to the SVP of EMEA and work closely with marketing, partnerships, and the founding team to shape our EMEA go-to-market motion from the ground up. Expect to spend meaningful time on the road meeting customers, partners, and prospects across the region.

What You'll Do

  • Carry a number: Own an annual new-logo and expansion quota across assigned EMEA territory.

  • Generate pipeline: Build and maintain 4x pipeline coverage through a mix of outbound prospecting, partner-sourced opportunities, inbound follow-up, and account-based plays into target logos.

  • Run the cycle: Run disciplined, multi-threaded sales cycles using MEDDPICC (or equivalent), orchestrating SE, product, legal, security, and executive resources to close six- and seven-figure ACV deals.

  • Sell value: Articulate the TENEX.AI platform, ROI, and differentiation to technical buyers (CISOs, heads of security operations, VPs of engineering) and economic buyers (CIOs, CFOs).

  • Operate in EMEA: Navigate data residency, GDPR, DORA, NIS2, and AI Act considerations with customers and partners; localize messaging and commercial terms per market.

  • Develop the ecosystem: Build relationships with key regional partners (GSIs, VARs, MSSPs, hyperscaler field teams) to accelerate coverage and close.

  • Forecast and improve: Maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce; contribute to territory planning, pricing feedback, and playbook development as one of the first reps in region.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years selling into enterprise accounts in EMEA.

  • Demonstrable track record of consistently hitting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas, including multiple six- or seven-figure ACV wins.

  • Experience selling a technical product to security, IT, or engineering buyers. Cybersecurity, observability, data infrastructure, DevOps tooling, or AI/ML platforms preferred.

  • Fluency in English plus at least one additional European language (German, French, Dutch, or a Nordic language) strongly preferred.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity: you have been an early hire, a founding AE, or the first rep in a new region before.

  • Structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or equivalent) and rigorous CRM hygiene.

  • Willingness to travel 40–60% across EMEA and occasionally to US HQ.

  • EU or UK work authorization.

Nice to Have

  • Existing network of CISOs, SecOps leaders, or platform engineering leaders in the UK and DACH markets.

  • Experience selling AI-native or agentic products, and the ability to educate buyers on a category that is still being defined.

  • Prior experience standing up a new EMEA region (first 1–3 sales hires) at a US-headquartered startup.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Engineer, or CISSP are a plus.

Why Join Us?

  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI-driven cybersecurity technologies and Google SecOps solutions.

  • Collaborate with a talented and innovative team focused on continuously improving security operations.

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.

  • A culture of growth and development, with opportunities to expand your knowledge in AI, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.

In this role, you’ll join a team focused on modernizing CI/CD pipelines and building systems, helping transform legacy processes into fast, reliable, and automated delivery workflows.

Challenge

We’re looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer who genuinely enjoys untangling legacy build pipelines and turning them into clean, scalable, and automated systems.

This is not a maintenance-only role. You’ll be responsible for analyzing existing CI/CD workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and driving modernization efforts that directly improve developer productivity, delivery speed, and system reliability.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze and evaluate legacy CI/CD pipelines, identifying inefficiencies, failure points, and manual steps.

- Design and implement modern CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, security checks, and streamlined deployments.

- Migrate manual infrastructure and build configurations to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

- Define and implement standardized “golden paths” for build and deployment workflows across environments.

- Improve pipeline observability by implementing logging, monitoring, and alerting, ensuring fast and actionable feedback for developers.

- Collaborate closely with software engineers to improve build reliability and deployment confidence.

- Take ownership of CI/CD improvements from design through production rollout.

- Actively contribute ideas to improve DevOps practices, tooling, and overall engineering efficiency.

Mandatory Skills:

- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.

- Proven experience modernizing or migrating legacy CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.

- Solid experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or Go.

- Experience working with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).

- Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts, build optimization, and deployment strategies.

- Comfortable working in environments with legacy systems (custom scripts, XML configs, manual processes).

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

- Clear and confident English communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice to Have:

- Experience implementing security scanning and compliance checks within CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with secrets management and state handling in modern DevOps environments.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Experience working in high-availability or production-critical environments.

- Prior involvement in defining DevOps standards or platform best practices.

Team & Environment:

- Distributed, international engineering team.

- Strong ownership culture — engineers drive solutions end to end.

- Focus on modernization, automation, and developer experience.

- High autonomy to propose and implement improvements.

- Collaborative environment with direct impact on engineering velocity.
