Responsabilities:

• Carry out a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks such as, plumbing, carpentry, light electrical, masonry plaster and office fixtures/equipment installation among others.
• Trained and with the skills necessaries to provide a wide range of repairs, maintenance work, facilities services, plumbing work, ceiling and floor repairs, small civil work in compliance with the facilities cGMP regulations and safety requirements
• Perform work involving maintenance/craft skills to carry out general maintenance including: building and site repairs, fencing, painting, floor and wall tiling, cleaning footpaths, rubbish and recycling bins, etc.
• Deal with general items of repair and maintenance in the interior and exterior of the building: e.g. putting up shelves, changing light bulbs, moving furniture, cleaning lamp shades, cleaning windows. Carrying out routine checks, repairs and maintenance of site equipment, and the exterior of the building
  
  

Educational and Requirements:

• Driver’s license of PR

About the Role

This role is a blended position with a primary focus on driving end-to-end talent acquisition while partnering with business leaders on key HRBP initiatives. This role will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, delivering high-quality hiring outcomes, and supporting people strategies that enhance engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Source candidates using multiple channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on hiring progress, candidate status, and market insights.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, quality of hire, funnel efficiency) and recommend improvements.
• Maintain compliance with hiring policies, employment laws, and documentation standards.
• Leverage ATS and recruitment tools effectively to manage hiring workflows and reporting.
• Partner with business leaders to drive people agenda including engagement, retention, and productivity.
• Own and manage people data, dashboards, and reporting for the business unit.
• Drive performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and employee development interventions.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
• Enable manager capability building through coaching and structured interventions.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives aligned to survey insights and action plans.
• Support change management initiatives and organizational development programs.
• Contribute to learning and development initiatives for team effectiveness.

Education and Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and at least 1 year in HR Business Partnering.
• Strong expertise in recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, HRMS, and recruitment tools.
• Exposure to workforce management across functions.
• Working knowledge of core HR areas including performance management and compensation basics.
• Postgraduate degree in HR or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Exposure to ed-tech, higher education, or regulated sectors is a plus.

Essential Functions:

• Apply insulating materials to pipes or ductwork, or other mechanical systems in order to help control and maintain temperature
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut insulation for covering surfaces, using tape measures, handsaws, knives, and scissors
• Fit insulation around obstructions, and shape insulating materials and protective coverings as required
• Determine the amounts and types of insulation needed, and methods of installation, based on factors such as location, surface shape, and equipment use
• Install sheet metal around insulated pipes with screws in order to protect the insulation from weather conditions or physical damage
• Apply, remove, and repair insulation on industrial equipment, pipes, ductwork, or other mechanical systems such as heat exchangers, tanks, and vessels, to help control noise and maintain temperatures

• High School Vocational diploma with 10+ years of experience required or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Studio Production Artist to join our fast-paced creative team. The ideal candidate is a detail-driven, fast-paced contributor who transforms creative concepts into production-ready assets.

With deep expertise in mechanical, production, and manufacturing processes, this role supports all stages of execution, from retouching and spec development to final delivery. Known for precision, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration, the Studio Production Artist ensures creative work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time, while supporting the broader team with technical insight and hands-on problem-solving.

This is a fully remote role.


Responsibilities

• Create and prepare high-quality digital and print-ready artwork across a range of media
• Ensure all outputs align with original concepts and brand guidelines
• Review and refine mechanicals and layouts, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail
• Apply retouching and colour management techniques to meet production standards
• Resolve technical and design challenges using strong production expertise
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines across clients in a fast-paced environment
• Support quality control through thorough checks and consistent execution
• Collaborate closely with designers and stakeholders, using Adobe Creative Suite and evolving tools (including GenAI)
  
  

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years’ experience in studio production design (graphic design a plus)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and applicable studio software, with awareness of emerging tools including GenAI
• Ability to utilise the agency’s proprietary software tools
• Strong understanding of mechanicals, production, and print processes
• Skilled in layout refinement, retouching, and colour management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective project management with the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
• Detail-oriented, with high standards for accuracy and quality and the ability to work across multiple clients in fast-paced environments
