Clinicians use Heidi to get away from keyboards and back to patients. We want the product to feel as considered as the best software you've ever used: cohesive, quiet, and precise across every surface. When a clinician's tools feel right, they spend less time fighting software and more time with patients. That's the job.
You'll own specific features across Heidi's product surface, from the first rough frame through to what lands in front of clinicians. You'll work directly with engineers, care about the 3px padding issue as much as the information architecture, and ship work you're proud of, not just work that passes review.

About the Role
As a Software Engineer on the Payment Operations team, you will be responsible for the execution layer that ensures every dollar on Wingspan's platform is accounted for, reconciled, and moved accurately on time. The AuthKit team is responsible for building AuthKit: a set of UI and APIs that enable B2B developers to solve identity and authentication. Our goal is to build the best possible developer and end-user experiences so customers can onboard seamlessly and kick-start their enterprise journey.
Our engineers obsess over the developer experience, actively seeking out feedback and new perspectives to inform the products we build. Responsibilities âï¸
Design and engineer delightful developer and end-user experiences
Build a deep understanding of AuthKitâs place in the market and increase its adoption
Accrete developer trust by serving a highly available and secure product
Speak with customers regularly to get feedback, debug issues, and remove points of friction
Collaborate with other product teams, solutions engineering, and our go-to-market team
Work directly with leadership on greenfield ideas
Help recruit and assess future engineering team members
Qualifications ð
5+ years of industry software development experience
Experience working on small teams in fast-paced environments
Background in crafting both polished UI/UX and API services end-to-end
Intellectually curious, independently driven, and passionate about great products
A growth mindset, high emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills
Bonus: Experience with our stack of TypeScript, React, and Postgres
Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or a related industry
The annual US base salary falls within the range of $175,000 to $250,000. This range does not encompass the full spectrum of benefits such as equity, health insurance, vacation time, and paid parental leave. This salary range covers multiple levels of engineering roles and final compensation will be determined considering various factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
For candidates outside the US, including Canada, compensation is adjusted based on local market benchmarks.

The Data Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, analytics engineers, data engineers, and leadership teams to build trusted reporting solutions, validate business logic, improve data quality, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
