📋 Descripción General

Assistant Launch busca Executive Assistants para trabajar directamente con fundadores y ejecutivos de empresas que facturan entre $500K y $10M+. La empresa se enfoca en relaciones de trabajo a largo plazo y en desarrollar asistentes ejecutivos altamente profesionales mediante capacitación, herramientas de IA y acompañamiento continuo. El objetivo del rol es gestionar operaciones administrativas y estratégicas para que los ejecutivos puedan enfocarse en decisiones clave del negocio.


📋 Responsabilidades Principales

• Gestionar calendarios, correos electrónicos y programación de reuniones con precisión.

• Coordinar viajes, incluyendo vuelos, hoteles e itinerarios.
