📋 Descripción General

South busca un/a Marketing Strategist con experiencia en agencias de marketing digital para liderar estrategias de SEO y PPC y gestionar relaciones con clientes. El rol es clave para asegurar la ejecución de campañas, la comunicación estratégica con clientes y el crecimiento de cuentas dentro de la agencia. La persona trabajará con equipos internos y clientes para desarrollar estrategias de marketing alineadas con objetivos de negocio y crecimiento. El puesto requiere fuerte capacidad analítica, liderazgo de proyectos y experiencia en entornos de agencias de rápido crecimiento.


📋 Responsabilidades Principales

• Gestionar y liderar relaciones estratégicas con clientes, siendo el principal punto de contacto.

• Desarrollar estrategias de marketing digital alineadas con objetivos de negocio.

• Liderar la planificación y optimización de campañas SEO y PPC.

• Analizar el rendimiento de campañas y generar reportes estratégicos para clientes.

• Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento mediante upselling y expansión de servicios.

• Coordinar equipos internos para ejecutar campañas y proyectos estratégicos.

• Realizar presentaciones, revisiones de desempeño y sesiones estratégicas con clientes.

• Monitorear satisfacción del cliente y apoyar la retención y crecimiento de cuentas.


🎯 Requisitos

• Inglés avanzado o nativo con excelentes habilidades de comunicación.

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en gestión estratégica de clientes en agencias de marketing digital.

• Experiencia en desarrollo de estrategias de marketing digital y presentación a stakeholders.

• Conocimiento sólido de SEO, publicidad digital y campañas integradas.

• Experiencia con análisis de datos y reportes de marketing.

• Experiencia liderando proyectos y equipos multifuncionales.
