Social Media Manager TikTok and Founder
  • Once Upon a Farm
  • Los Angeles Metropolitan Area
exec education strategy customer support
Who You Are

You are a culturally plugged, TikTok-obsessed content creator and strategist who understands how to own TikTok content and TikTok Shop. You will drive Once Upon a Farm’s TikTok presence end-to-end—strategy, creation, publishing, and performance—while also developing and producing content for our co-founders. This role will have vendor resources, but must be able to execute content on their own as well. While this is a remote role, this candidate must be based out of Los Angeles, CA , NYC or San Francisco/Bay Area, CA.

The Task At Hand

This is a rare dual mandate: roughly half your time is building Once Upon a Farm’s TikTok into a high-converting Gen-Z and millennial destination, and the other half is working directly our founders to develop their own content. You will report to the Senior Manager of Social and collaborate closely with the broader Marketing and Creative teams.

Responsibilities

TikTok Strategy & Growth

  • Own our TikTok channel as the driver of primarily Gen-Z audience growth, with a secondary focus on Millennial parents, health enthusiasts, and athletes, to help Once Upon a Farm find niche markets to expand reach, brand awareness, and TikTok Shop revenue
  • Develop and execute a platform-native content strategy built around Once Upon a Farm’s product lineup, brand mission, and cultural relevance to young parents and Gen-Z consumers
  • Build and manage Once Upon a Farm’s TikTok Shop presence along with the E-Commerce team, driving traffic, conversion, and repeat purchase through shoppable content, live formats, and product integrations
  • Stay ahead of TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and creator culture to ensure our brand is consistently early, authentic, and on-platform
  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Social Media on cross-platform content strategy, ensuring TikTok content complements and amplifies Once Upon a Farm’s Instagram and YouTube presence
  • Work proactively within your budget to find and develop agencies and influencers who can create additional TikTok Content for the brand.

TikTok Content Creation & Production

  • Personally concept, shoot, edit, and publish much of Once Upon a Farm’s TikTok content—you are the creator, not just the director
  • Develop recurring formats and series that build audience loyalty and drive saves, shares, and follows
  • Create content spanning product storytelling, childhood nutrition education, brand values, and culturally relevant moments—all tailored for a TikTok-first audience
  • Capture real-time content at brand events, activations, and shoots with prepared concepts and shot lists, and direct on-site photographers and videographers to do the same with your art direction.
  • Brief and collaborate with the Partnerships & Influencer team to activate creators who extend OFarm’s TikTok reach and authenticity.
  • Own vendor selection, outreach, payment and execution for the TikTok platform including agencies, CGI creators and videographers.

Founder Content

  • Work directly with our founders to produce content, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Work with Once Upon a Farm Brand team to proactively identify relevant brand moments in a timely manner, allowing you time to capture, execute and edit the content with founders ahead of launch.
  • Translate founders’ authentic personality, passions, and voice into platform-native content that resonates with their audiences, while reinforcing their roles as our founders.
  • Concept, produce, and edit content for Once Upon a Farm specific founder appearances—including product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling moments—that works in concert with their personal channel’s content
  • Develop repeatable formats for founders that are engaging, sustainable, and distinctly theirs
  • Coordinate shoot logistics, prep shot lists and talking points, and ensure content is captured efficiently during Jen’s available windows

Performance & Optimization

  • Track and report on TikTok KPIs including follower growth, engagement rate, video views, TikTok Shop GMV, and conversion metrics
  • Translate performance data into actionable content decisions—double down on what works, kill what doesn’t
  • Partner with the E-commerce team to align TikTok content with promotional calendars and TikTok Shop campaigns
  • Present TikTok and Founder content performance to stakeholders in quarterly business reviews

In This Role, You’ll Bring With You

  • 4+ years of social media or content experience, with a significant portion focused on TikTok content creation and strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a TikTok account and drive measurable business outcomes—including TikTok Shop—through original content
  • Deep, native understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and creator ecosystem; you consume the platform daily and can spot an emerging format before it peaks
  • Proven experience creating content for or alongside a public figure, founder, or talent—comfortable navigating the balance between authentic personal voice and brand alignment
  • Hands-on creator skills: you can concept, shoot (ideally on mobile), and edit (CapCut, Adobe, or equivalent) a high-performing TikTok video yourself
  • Experience in CPG, beauty, food, lifestyle, or wellness brands strongly preferred
  • Strong copywriting instincts with the ability to adapt voice across Onec Upon a Farm’s brand and founders’ personal tone
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and talent; professional, organized, and discreet
  • Highly self-directed—you manage your own production schedule, publishing calendar, and performance reporting without hand-holding
  • Must provide a portfolio that includes TikTok content you personally created and can speak to the strategy and outcome behind
  • Must demonstrate measurable TikTok results: follower growth, viral content, Shop-driven revenue, or equivalent
  • Must be comfortable on-screen and directing talent in a low-fuss, high-output production environment
  • Previous exposure to cross-functional work between Sustainability and People & Culture preferred
  • This role must be based out of Los Angeles, CA , NYC or San Francisco
  • Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Compensation

  • Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt
  • The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $110,000.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, stipends, and role-specific perks.

Additional

  • Annual Bonus
  • 401(k) program + 4% company match after three months

People Operations Manager
  • Evio
  • Denver, Denver, Colorado, United States
exec hr sys admin technical
Evio Overview

Evio is a highly unique pharmacy solutions company that was founded by and works closely with health plans to implement transformative (to cost, quality, access and experience) initiatives primarily focused on specialty and other high-cost medication solutions.

In 2020, a group of five amazing Blue Cross Blue Shield health plans that in total serve more than 20 million members recognized that the way medications get to patients needs significant reform—rapidly rising costs and massive system complexities are detrimental to patients and the entire industry. In 2025, Wellmark joined as Evio's first non-founding investor and sixth owner health plan. Each company made, and continues to make, significant investments to establish Evio as an independent entity to lead this transformation.

Evio has advanced analytics and contracting capabilities at scale, and a suite of digital tools, to power our high-cost medication solutions. Our solutions act as a self-reinforcing “flywheel” where each element strengthens and feeds into the next, and support an “Only Evio can do that,” mindset and prioritization.

Evio is also a company that has invested heavily in and been highly intentional about people, team and culture. We believe we have created a very special place to work and encourage candidates to observe and ask us about our culture and decide for themselves.

Evio's Values

  • Empathy – The people our business serves always come first. We care for our teammates and put ourselves in the shoes of our health plan customers and the patients and clinicians our solutions benefit.
  • Diversity – We are committed to fostering a culture where everyone belongs and is valued for their background, experience and insights – one that encourages diversity of ideas, and is a nurturing, trusting, and accepting place for all.
  • Adventure – We are flexible, thrive in ambiguity, fail fast, and pivot quickly to get to a better answer. We celebrate wins and pivots with equal intensity.
  • Relentless – Guided by evidence and data, we are creative, curious, and unwavering in our pursuit of challenging the status quo and each other.
  • Transparency – Just as we seek to bring transparency to the pharmacy supply chain, authenticity and integrity are core to the way we communicate.
  • Excellence – We strive to raise the bar in all we do by hiring and developing exceptional talent and holding ourselves and our thinking to the highest standard.

Admissions Advisor MasterClass Executive
  • MasterClass
  • San Francisco, San Francisco, California, United States
hr technical writer customer support

Who we are:

MasterClass is the platform where the world’s best come together so anyone, anywhere, can access and be inspired by their knowledge and stories. We put you in the room with the creators, thinkers, makers and leaders who have changed the world, so that you can change yours.

MasterClass Executive is our selective, cohort-based program for senior professionals learning to lead in the AI era, taught by world-class operators and academics in collaboration with the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and OpenAI. Admission is competitive: applications are reviewed individually, and spots in each cohort are limited.

About the Role:

We're hiring an Admissions Advisor as a temporary, full-time employee to support our next enrollment cycle. You'll spend most of your day on the phone and in the inbox with applicants and admitted candidates — answering questions about the program experience, helping them weigh the value of enrolling, and guiding them from admission to enrollment ahead of cohort deadlines. You'll also support employer-sponsored enrollment: equipping candidates to make the case to their company and responding to inquiries from managers, HR, and L&D teams.

This is a high-volume, goal-driven role during our busiest enrollment windows. The ideal candidate is a natural on the phone — consultative, warm, and credible with senior professionals — and genuinely fluent in both AI and the business-education landscape. You know what programs like ours cost, what the alternatives promise, and how to have an honest conversation about fit and value.

 What You Will Do:

  • Own a high volume of admissions calls — scheduled consultations and proactive outreach with applicants and admitted candidates — answering questions about the curriculum, live sessions, AI Labs, in-person intensive, time commitment, and cohort experience
  • Help prospective enrollees evaluate the program's value: speak confidently and accurately to outcomes, program fees, and payment options, and position MasterClass Executive honestly against the alternatives candidates are weighing (executive education, MBA programs, certificates, and cohort-based courses)
  • Guide admitted candidates from decision to enrollment with timely phone and email follow-up through each enrollment window, identifying and removing blockers before deadlines
  • Run point on employer-sponsorship communications: respond to sponsorship inquiries, provide candidates with materials to secure company support (manager emails, ROI summaries, program overviews), and flag multi-enrollee company interest to our partnerships team
  • Manage your pipeline with clean notes and reliable follow-through; meet daily and weekly contact and response-time goals
  • Log the questions, objections, and sponsorship themes you hear and share them weekly with the admissions and marketing teams to sharpen FAQs, call guides, and email copy
  • Provide surge coverage during peak moments: post-webinar follow-up, enrollment-deadline outreach, and inbox support

About You:

  • 3+ years in admissions or enrollment advising, inside sales, account management, or another phone-forward consultative role — executive education, higher ed, edtech, or premium consumer experience is a plus
  • Genuinely energized by phone time: you listen first, handle objections without a hard sell, and are comfortable with 20–30+ meaningful conversations a day
  • A strong writer who can run a high-volume inbox with responses that are crisp, warm, and never read like a template
  • Conversant in AI: you follow the space, use the tools yourself, and can speak credibly with senior professionals about how AI is changing their work (no technical background required)
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate uncertainty
  • Fluent in the business-education landscape — executive education, online MBAs, certificates, and cohort-based programs — and how buyers compare them
  • Organized and self-directed: strong CRM hygiene, pipeline discipline, and comfort being measured against clear goals
  • Adaptable in a fast-moving environment where call guides, offers, and priorities evolve week to week
  • Available across U.S. time zones, including some early-evening hours when candidates are most reachable

Employment Details:

  • Temporary, full-time employment via our staffing partner TCW Global with an anticipated initial assignment of approximately one month; MasterClass may extend the assignment in its discretion based on cohort needs and business demand
  • Employment is at will; nothing in this posting guarantees employment for any specific period or any extension of the assignment
  • Remote (U.S.)
  • Temporary, Full-time, ~40 hours/week, nonexempt (overtime eligible)
  • Pay: $28/hour base pay, plus eligibility for variable incentive pay, subject to terms of a written incentive plan provided at the time of hire (with estimated total on-target earnings of up to $12,000 monthly on target earnings, inclusive of base pay)
  • Benefits: The selected candidate will be employed through our third-party staffing partner, TargetCW, and is not eligible for MasterClass employee benefits (including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans). Sick leave and other benefits required by applicable law will be managed directly by TargetCW.

At MasterClass, we believe we put our best work forward when our employees bring together ideas that are diverse in thought. We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state or local law. We're building a network of LLM Engineers who can design, build, and integrate practical AI features into existing products. We're looking for people to collaborate with on a freelance basis - part-time or full-time, depending on project needs.

This role is focused on delivery, not ML research. What matters most is your engineering foundation and your ability to integrate AI into real production systems using Python, Node.js, or Ruby codebases.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Strong software engineering background - Python, Node.js, or Ruby
  • Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs into production systems (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
  • Ability to design pragmatic AI solutions within existing architectures
  • Experience building RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector search
  • Understanding of cost, latency, and reliability constraints of AI systems
  • Ability to work independently with clients and set realistic expectations
  • Background in big data or data pipelines is a big plus
  • English B2/C1
  • Availability part-time or full-time (B2B contract)

What You'll Do

  • Add AI functionality into existing Python, Node.js, and Ruby codebases
  • Build LLM-powered features: chat, summaries, classification, smart search, document Q&A
  • Design lightweight RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector search
  • Work with vector DBs (pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant)
  • Implement safe, reliable LLM endpoints (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure)
  • Work directly with clients to shape AI features and reduce manual effort
  • Advise clients when NOT to use AI and navigate trade-offs around latency, accuracy, and cost

Executive and Travel Assistant
  • Confidential
  • Remoto 🌎
Full Time AXUS Travefy TravelJoy Monday.com Google Workspace

Position Overview

We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven Executive and Travel Assistant to join the team of one of our top-tier luxury travel clients, recognized by Forbes and industry leaders for delivering white-glove, customized experiences to high-net-worth travelers.

This is primarily an Executive Assistant role. You'll manage the founder's inbox, calendar, and day-to-day operations — speaking in her name, anticipating needs before they're voiced, and keeping everything running without being asked twice. On top of that, you'll support the travel coordination team when needed: helping with itineraries, supplier communications, and client logistics.

If you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, are passionate about hospitality, and you are someone who already knows how to operate independently, discreetly, and at a high standard, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage executive inbox and calendar: flag priorities, respond to scheduling requests, and ensure follow-through on action items
  • Communicate professionally on her behalf with clients, suppliers, and partners via email and phone
  • Coordinate her personal and professional schedule, including personal travel logistics
  • Handle light personal assistant tasks: gift research, reminders, ad hoc requests
  • Keep shared files, trackers, and checklists organized and up to date
  • Anticipate what's needed before it's asked — and flag issues before they become problems

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Assist with the creation and refinement of luxury travel itineraries, including hotel bookings, transfers, dining reservations, spa appointments, and experience coordination
  • Review active trip files for inconsistencies such as missing flights, transfer gaps, incorrect times, ensuring all logistics are confirmed, accurate, and on-brand
  • Use internal tools (AXUS, Travefy, TravelJoy, Monday.com, Google Workspace, Slack) to manage trip data and project status
  • Coordinate special requests from UHNW clients with discretion and top-level service
  • Support the broader team operationally as capacity allows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in executive assistance, luxury travel coordination, hospitality, or a combination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1 or C2 required)
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through, able to spot errors and gaps others may miss
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with Monday.com and Google Workspace. AXUS and TravelJoy are a plus.
  • You're comfortable wearing multiple hats
  • Familiarity with AI tools to streamline workflows is a plus
  • Discreet, reliable, and service-first in everything you do

General Information

  • Location: Open to LATAM-based candidates.
  • Time zone: CST or EST overlap required. CST preferred.
  • Engagement: Full-time, remote.

Why Join? You’ll be joining the team of one of our #1 clients a boutique luxury travel agency recognized by Forbes and respected throughout the travel industry. You'll have the opportunity to grow in a supportive environment, working with top-tier clientele and delivering world-class service.

UX UI Designer
  • Siroko
  • Gijón, Gijón, Principado de Asturias, España
amazon sys admin python consulting

About the LSPA: The LSP Association (LSPA) is a non-profit association for Massachusetts Licensed Site Professionals (LSPs) and other related environmental practitioners who work on behalf of property owners, operators, and other involved parties to assess and cleanup oil and hazardous materials (OHM) released to the environment. LSPs are licensed by the Commonwealth to oversee this work and, since 1993, over 40,000 contaminated properties have been brought into regulatory compliance.

The LSPA's mission is to support our membership in achieving and maintaining a high standard of practice in the assessment and remediation of contaminated sites in Massachusetts and New England. The LSPA provides technical and educational resources to our membership in the form of programming, networking events, committees, and resources. The LSPA also serves as an advocate to the profession with MassDEP, the LSP Board of Registration, and the state legislature, and as a resource to the public.

Job Description: The Program & Events Coordinator plays a critical role in the success of the LSPA and serves as a primary point of contact for our members, volunteers, and sponsors. This individual is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the association's educational programs and networking events, administering the sponsorship program, and providing customer service support. Success in this position means delivering high-quality member experiences, maintaining strong relationships with volunteers and sponsors, and ensuring the smooth administration of our continuing education program.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. This individual enjoys working independently while collaborating closely with volunteers, board members, speakers, sponsors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educational Programs: Coordinate, plan, and manage programs and speakers for all LSPA courses, membership meetings, emerging professional events, the Annual Fall Party, and the Environmental Symposium. The LSPA hosts one to three events per month with 25-250 people in attendance. Approximately 65% of programming is hosted virtually. Content creation is performed in conjunction with input from the Executive Director, Committee Chairs, Education Committee, and Board of Directors.
  • Event Logistics: For in-person events, source event venues and help facilitate contracts; plan food and beverage, room set-up, and audiovisual needs; reconcile venue bills; and serve as the point of contact on-site. For virtual programs, setup and run the virtual meeting platform, monitor attendance and engagement, create moderator scripts and slides, and train speakers on how to use the virtual platform.
  • Continuing Education (CE) Administration: Compile CE materials for all educational courses and meetings; submit materials for credit approval with the LSP Board of Registration, the Connecticut Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) Board, and other Boards/entities; maintain CE records related to attendance, engagement, and evaluation; issue certificates of attendance to attendees; and attend monthly virtual LSP Board of Registration meetings.
  • Sponsorship: Help administer the corporate and event sponsorship program, including updating the sponsorship prospectus, facilitating invoices/payments, maintaining contact lists, conducting outreach, and working with sponsors to access their sponsorship benefits.
  • Member Service and Organizational Support: Help monitor and respond to inquiries received through the organization email inbox; provide customer service to members, sponsors, speakers, and event attendees; attend Board meetings, leadership meetings, and committee meetings as requested; and support association operations and special projects as needed.

People Operations Specialist
  • Blackthorn
  • New York, New York, New York, United States
saas salesforce hr recruiter
Role: Recruiter & People Operations Specialist

Base Salary: $95,000 - $110,000

We're looking for a People Operations Specialist to lead recruiting across Blackthorn while also supporting core people operations work. You'll own the full-cycle hiring process for open roles company-wide — from intake through offer — while partnering with the VP of People Operations on onboarding, HR systems, and day-to-day operational support. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role suited to someone who enjoys both the relationship-driven work of recruiting and the precision of operational execution.

What you’ll do

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process for roles across the company, from intake calls with hiring managers through offer negotiation.
  • Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines using our ATS, partnering closely with hiring managers on role requirements and timelines.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness) and report regularly to leadership.

People Operations Support

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new hires and departing employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
  • Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee questions on policies and programs.
  • Help maintain compliance with employment law across the states (and potentially countries) where Blackthorn has employees.

Process & Systems Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting and HR operational workflows.
  • Partner with the VP of People Operations on building scalable people processes as the company grows.

What we look for

  • 3–5+ years of experience in recruiting, with some HR or people operations exposure.
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting independently, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
  • Comfortable working with HRIS and ATS tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can build trust with hiring managers and candidates alike.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a remote-first, distributed team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for a B2B SaaS or Salesforce ecosystem company.
  • Familiarity with PEOs or multi-state employment compliance.

What we offer

  • An incredible team of smart and supportive people
  • A deep feeling of satisfaction and completion
  • Fully remote global team working from home
  • Stock options for every employee
  • Flexible work week
  • $400 office stipend
  • Maternity/Paternity leave
  • Student loan debt assistance
  • Pledge 1% - time off during the year for helping nonprofits
  • Health insurance contribution (if in the US)
  • Children's 529 college fund assistance (if in the US)

About Blackthorn

Blackthorn turns any organization's Salesforce® CRM into event planning software powered by their connected data. We're a growing, distributed team with teammates across the globe, and we build Salesforce-native tools that help teams create events, engage attendees, process payments, and measure success — all without leaving their CRM. Our customers range from tiny nonprofits to global corporations, and our products are known for going live in hours, not weeks. We believe the best enterprise software should feel as intuitive as the apps you use every day.

Why our work matters

Most event management tools force teams to juggle disconnected systems, wrestle with flimsy integrations, and spend more time syncing data than planning events. We're building the alternative: a connected platform inside Salesforce that gives organizations richer analytics to prove event ROI, better attendee experiences through personalization and automation, and the flexibility to fit any workflow. Every feature we ship helps our customers spend less time on logistics and more time on the events themselves.

What the job will bring you

A deep level of satisfaction through ownership of your role. You'll get more autonomy than at other companies (our team has told us). Connection. Our team is tightly knit, assisted through occasional team meetups (as we're remote). Challenge. We're trying to move as quickly as possible. This is not for you if you want to sit back and chill. As Ray Dalio says about life, "Meaningful work and meaningful relationships" provide meaning to life. We aim to bring this.

While we are a remote-first culture, we are currently only able to accept applicants in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, SD, TX, VA, WA, and WI

Frequently asked questions

The typical range for a remote TypeScript working for international companies is $3,500 - $9,000 USD/mes. The exact amount depends on seniority, the company's country, and whether the contract is full-time or project-based.

The most in-demand TypeScript profiles usually combine Javascript, React, Angular. Adding one of these opens more job offers and often increases salary range by 15% to 30%.

For US/EU companies yes: B2 minimum for technical interviews. There are alternatives at LATAM companies (Mercado Libre, Globant, Rappi) or agencies like Toptal where intermediate English is enough to start.

The 3 highest-impact things: (1) a public GitHub with 2-3 solid projects relevant to TypeScript, (2) an English LinkedIn profile optimized for recruiters, and (3) applying to 20+ offers per week instead of 2-3.
