Your Next Role

As a Creative Strategist (TikTok), you’ll be at the forefront of turning TikTok into a high-leverage growth channel for our DTC supplements brand.

You’ll be owning creative strategy for TikTok across key growth surfaces including organic content, paid ads, and TikTok Shop. Your role will be to identify what makes content perform on-platform, translate those insights into scalable creative systems, and help drive customer acquisition and conversion through TikTok-specific strategies.

The Role 


As a Financial Associate, your mission is to assist the Finance Manager in scaling a robust, Web3-native accounting and control environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the organization accurately captures, classifies, and reconciles both fiat and onchain financial activity across multiple entities and products.


When you join, you’ll be a core part of the Finance Team. This position owns the core accounting operations, ranging from transaction recording and complex reconciliations to month end close support and audit readiness. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will work to bridge the gap between traditional general ledger systems and crypto data sources. What You’ll Do
  • Reliably record purchase, sales, intercompany, and treasury transactions across fiat and digital asset accounts. You will ensure precise coding, VAT/tax treatment, and the maintenance of robust supporting documentation.
  • Perform recurring reconciliations across bank accounts, custodians, exchanges, and on-chain wallets. You will investigate breaks and clear unmatched items to improve reconciliation support files.
  • Execute supplier and treasury payments across fiat and digital asset rails, ensuring all runs follow strict approval workflows and are accurately recorded.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a financial accounting role, preferably within a multi-entity or international environment where you’ll have had responsibilities in IFRS and financial accounting operations. You must be able to execute recurring tasks with a sharp eye for supporting documentation.
  • A mindset geared toward identifying inefficiencies and suggesting practical improvements to scaling workflows in executing payment runs and monitoring balance movements across bank accounts, custodians, exchanges, and stablecoin wallets.
  • Knowledge of blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan) to verify transfers. Experience with (or a strong desire to learn) crypto sub-ledgers like Cryptio, Cryptoworth, or Tres.

Position Summary


The Revenue Specialist, First Party Auto investigates and analyzes Motor Vehicle Accident accounts in order to properly identify and coordinate insurance benefits and resolve outstanding balances for our clients. This position works closely with the patient as well as insurance carriers until the first party claim has been processed and reached resolution. This position is responsible for handling patient health information (PHI) and maintaining extreme privacy and security as it relates to confidential and proprietary information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct online medical research of Motor Vehicle Accident claim payments using EnableComp’s proprietary software, systems and tools, as well as other online medical websites.
  • Research, request, acquire, and review medical records, provider notes, explanation of benefits and any other supporting documentation necessary, and then submit hospital claims to insurance companies to ensure prompt correct claims reimbursement.
  • Conduct timely and thorough follow-up with payers to update claim system with accurate information and ensure supporting documentation has been received facilitating prompt reimbursement while making key decisions to ensure claim resolution.
  • Prepare correct MVA billing packet using EnableComp systems tools and submit with all necessary supporting documentation to insurance companies.
  • Communicate with patients or insurance adjusters via various mediums in order to discuss claim status and probability of timely resolution.
  • Review and understand payer EOBs  to determine appropriate actions with claim balance after auto insurance claim resolution
  • Other duties as required.


Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.  Associate or bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience in healthcare field working in billing or collections.
  • 1+ years’ experience with MVA claim resolution preferred.
  • Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Intermediate level understanding of insurance payer/provider claims processing and subsequent data requirements in relation to MVA and first party auto claims.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
