Technical Writer
  • Nabu Casa
  • Bucureşti, Bucureşti, Bucureşti, România
design education technical writer
Nabu Casa is the organisation behind Home Assistant, the world's largest free and open-source smart home platform used by over two million households. Nabu Casa was established in 2018 by the founders and core contributors of Home Assistant, with the intent of making the project sustainable and to prevent burnout. Our guiding principles—privacy, choice, and sustainability—are embedded in everything we do, from our architecture to our community.

Nabu Casa is a profitable company with no external investors. Today, we are the official provider of Home Assistant products and services. Every subscription and purchase directly funds the ongoing development of Home Assistant and the many other Open Home projects.

The Role

We're looking for a Technical Writer to own the documentation experience for Nabu Casa Hardware and Cloud. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role: you'll be the primary person responsible for making our products accessible to a global community of users and developers — from first-time setup guides to deep API and integration documentation. You'll work directly with engineers to translate technical complexity into content that empowers users to succeed independently, without needing to raise a support ticket.

Our community is technically sophisticated and values accuracy and clarity above all. This role requires someone who can earn the trust of engineers and users alike.

What You Are Going To Do

  • Own the end-to-end documentation experience for Nabu Casa Hardware and Cloud, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and discoverable
  • Plan and deliver documentation for new features, integrations, and releases in sync with the product shipping cycle
  • Work directly with engineers to research and verify technical content, reducing the documentation burden on the engineering team
  • Audit and improve existing documentation continuously — flagging outdated content, filling gaps, and improving structure and tone
  • Define and maintain documentation standards, style guides, and templates so that community contributions are consistent and maintainable
  • Triage and act on documentation feedback from the community, support, and internal teams to prioritise what improves user outcomes most
  • Contribute to the developer experience — API guides, integration documentation, and contributor docs — to support the OHF community and partner integrations
  • Track documentation quality signals (support ticket themes, community feedback) and report on them regularly

What You Need To Have

  • Strong technical writing skills with a portfolio of developer or product documentation
  • Ability to read and understand code (Python, YAML, REST APIs) well enough to write accurate technical content without constant hand-holding from engineers
  • Good understanding of smart home hardware and electronics, with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues independently
  • Experience with docs-as-code workflows (Git, Markdown, static site generators such as MkDocs or Docusaurus)
  • High autonomy and self-direction — able to identify what needs to be written without waiting to be told
  • Strong stakeholder management: knows how to get technical information out of busy engineers efficiently

It would be great if you also have:

  • Familiarity with Home Assistant or similar open-source or self-hosted software
  • Experience maintaining documentation for a community-driven project with external contributors
  • A systematic approach to auditing large documentation sets and prioritising improvements methodically
  • Experience working async in a remote-first, distributed team

What we offer You

Nabu Casa is a fully remote organization that uses Remote to employ people from all over the world. You will be a normal salaried employee in your country.

This is a full-time position for 40 hours per week. Because we are a fully remote company, there is no fixed schedule. For the purpose of team communication, we do try to ensure at least 3 hours of overlap in the workday. You will report to our VP Commercial.

Core to the establishment of Nabu Casa was the well-being of the people building the future of the smart home. We will provide all the benefits required by the country you reside in. However, we also want to make sure all our employees, regardless of country of origin, get at least a minimal set of benefits, including:

  • Five weeks (twenty-five days) of paid time off.
  • Fourteen days of paid sick leave if your country/laws treat them as unpaid.
  • Six weeks of paid and six weeks of unpaid parental leave to be used in the first year after birth.
  • A budget for your work hardware once you start. After three years, you may keep this equipment for personal use.
  • An annual smart home budget to ensure you keep up-to-date with the latest smart homes offer.
  • An annual education budget to help you grow and stay on top of your game.
  • A yearly performance bonus based on company performance.
  • A 50% contribution to your internet connection fee at your home workspace.
  • One day every two weeks to work on your personal projects.

When first offering a position to a new member, Nabu Casa aims to provide a total compensation package that matches the 75th percentile for the new hire's role, seniority, and local market rates. In our primary operating countries, the approximate yearly compensation will be the following:

  • Greece: 45.700 - 56.100 EUR
  • Hungary: 16.100.000 - 20.250.000 HUF
  • Ireland: 52.800- 70.500 EUR
  • Italy: 54.000 - 64.400 EUR
  • Poland: 150.000 - 215.000 PLN
  • Portugal: 47.900 - 61.200 EUR
  • Romania: 215.000 - 275.000 RON
  • Spain: 50.500 - 63.600 EUR
  • UK: 57.100 - 73.800 GBP
  • Other countries: Compensation can be discussed during the first interview.

These figures may be adjusted based on experience, qualifications, and work hours.

More than two million households benefit from its home automation capabilities. Powered by a worldwide community of open-source developers, GitHub ranked it the most active open-source project in the world in 2024.

Nabu Casa is profitable, has no external investors, and our only funding comes from people subscribing to Home Assistant Cloud and buying Home Assistant hardware. That means the only stakeholders we have to concern ourselves with are our employees and our users.

Freelance Website Copywriter Content Strategist
  • N4 Studio®
  • Sydney, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
copywriting design designer strategy
We are seeking a talented and experienced Website Copywriter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content-first design principles and be adept at creating compelling, conversion-focused copy that aligns with our clients' brand voice and goals. In addition to writing, this role requires the ability to produce low-fidelity wireframes and content outlines to ensure a seamless handover to our design team.

About N4 Studio

We're a global digital agency of around 60 people, specialising in Webflow design, development, and growth. As Webflow's #1 Enterprise Partner worldwide, we work with clients who are serious about their web presence and expect sharp, considered content to match.

What This Actually Is

This isn't a full-time role, and it's not a one-off gig either. We're building a pool of trusted copywriters and strategists who we can call on as projects come in.

Here's how it works: when a project lands that fits your skills, we'll reach out with the scope, timeline, and a fixed project rate. You say yes or no based on your availability. If it works, great. If not, no hard feelings, we'll come back around next time.

The writers who thrive in this arrangement are usually juggling a few clients and like the flexibility, but also want something consistent to return to rather than always hunting for the next thing. Projects come in waves so there will be quiet patches, but when we're on, we move quickly.

What The Work Looks Like

Our projects are website builds for B2B and B2C clients across a wide range of industries. Content work typically splits into two phases:

The first is narrative & messaging strategy, which involves: working closely alongside the project designer to develop the narrative and messaging direction for the site. This culminates in a client-facing presentation of strategic content recommendations and initial copy concepts.

The second is copywriting: taking the foundational work from the first phase and developing it into polished, SEO/AEO-optimised, on-brand website copy, from first draft through revision rounds to design handoff.

You may be engaged for one phase or both, depending on the project and your skillset.

What We're Looking For

You have a strong track record of writing website copy across various industries and brands, with experience writing for businesses with complex offerings. You can shift voice and tone without losing sharpness. You understand the relationship between copy and design, and you've worked in or alongside design teams before.

Familiarity with SEO principles and an understanding of how content performs in search (including AI-assisted search) is essential.

Familiarity with Figma, as all of our content work is produced and presented directly in Figma, so you'll need to be comfortable working in the tool alongside the project designer.

If you also have experience running content strategy workshops or leading clients through developing messaging frameworks, we want to hear from you.

To apply, please share the following:

  • Your hourly rate for copywriting work, and your hourly rate for narrative & messaging strategy work if applicable. Please include the currency your rates are in
  • A short note (a paragraph is fine) on the types of web copy projects you've worked on and where you'd place yourself on the spectrum from junior through to senior. This helps us understand where you fit before we bring you into a project
  • A link to your portfolio or a couple of web copy examples. Please note we can't consider applications without this

Location

Fully remote. We work with writers across New Zealand, the UK, Europe, North America, and beyond. So wherever you are, if your work is strong, we want to hear from you.

NeuroDiscovery AI is seeking a Frontend Developer with deep, hands-on experience in medical imaging technology—specifically DICOM, OHIF, Orthanc, and PACS integrations. You will play a critical role in building next-generation imaging interfaces that power neurological AI workflows, multimodal research, and patient analytics at scale.

  • Build responsive, accessible, and intuitive web applications that support the review and manipulation of DICOM and multimodality medical images.
  • Integrate frontend applications with backend services and PACS systems via RESTful APIs, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.

Our People

With over 2,000 team members across 10+ countries, HighLevel operates as a global, remote-first

Our impact

Every month, HighLevel enables more than 1.5 billion messages, 200 million leads and 20 million
conversations for the more than 1 million businesses we support. Behind those numbers are real
people building independence, expanding opportunity and creating measurable impact. We’re
proud to be a part of that.

Role Summary

As the Staff Product Manager for Product Information Management, you will own the end-to-end
vision, strategy, and execution of HighLevel’s PIM — the foundational catalog layer that powers all
commerce activity across the platform. Your mission is to lead a structural overhaul of our existing
catalog infrastructure and build a world-class PIM that handles physical products, digital goods, and
services at scale. This is not just the backbone of our Commerce charter; it is shared infrastructure
consumed by multiple adjacent product teams, and the decisions you make here will have platform-
wide impact.

What You'll Do

● Own the PIM Vision: Define and drive the end-to-end roadmap for HighLevel’s Product
Information Management system — from Items, Variants, and Catalog Items to Price Lists,
Units of Measure, and multi-channel price resolution logic
● Lead the Catalog Overhaul: Architect the migration from our existing catalog foundation to a
robust, extensible PIM that supports the full breadth of HighLevel’s commerce use cases
across product types and selling channels
● Design for Multi-Team Consumption: Define clear API contracts and data models that
serve not just the Commerce team, but adjacent teams building service-based and
subscription-based product experiences — ensuring every consumer can reliably depend on
PIM as a platform
● Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead structured collaboration with engineering, design,
and partner product teams to ensure PIM capabilities meet requirements across all consuming
surfaces, resolving conflicting priorities with clarity and conviction
● Shape Pricing Infrastructure: Own the strategy for multi-currency, rule-based, and channel-
aware pricing — ensuring the right price resolves correctly at every point of sale across all
storefronts and channels
● Champion the Merchant Experience: Translate complex catalog management requirements
into intuitive workflows that allow merchants across industries — from physical goods retailers
to service providers — to create, organize, and manage their offerings with ease
● Set the Platform Standard: Establish foundational patterns and best practices that make the
PIM a reliable, scalable service other teams can confidently build on, including documentation,
versioning, and deprecation protocols
● Influence the Broader Commerce Roadmap: Partner with peer PMs across the Commerce
team to ensure PIM investments are sequenced in a way that unlocks compounding value
across the platform

What We're Looking For

● 10+ Years of PM Experience: Proven track record in product management with significant
time spent in platform or infrastructure roles at high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
● Catalog Systems Expertise: Deep familiarity with how catalog and product information
systems work — including SKU management, variant modeling, pricing strategies, and multi-
channel distribution. Experience with multi-tenant or marketplace catalog infrastructure is a
strong advantage
● Platform & API-First Thinking: Demonstrated ability to design products that serve as shared
infrastructure — defining APIs and data contracts with multiple downstream consumers in
mind and treating internal teams as first-class customers
● Data Modeling Intuition: Comfort reasoning about complex data models and understanding
the downstream implications of schema decisions on product behavior, performance, and
long-term extensibility
● Cross-Functional Influence: Ability to drive alignment across multiple product and
engineering teams without direct authority, and to balance competing requirements from
internal consumers using a clear, principled framework
● Bias for Ownership: Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-stakes environments with the
confidence to define direction and drive execution independently, without waiting for problems
to be fully structured before acting

What You'll Get

● Platform-Level Impact: Opportunity to build the foundational infrastructure that powers
HighLevel’s entire commerce ecosystem. The decisions you make will shape the platform and
the merchant experience for years to come
● High Ownership Environment: Join a strong, already-assembled engineering and design
team with full autonomy over vision, roadmap, and execution for a mission-critical system at
the heart of our commerce strategy
● Scale: Influence how over a million businesses across 150+ countries create and manage
their product catalogs, and build the infrastructure that powers the next phase of HighLevel’s
commerce growth

Senior Site Reliability Engineer AI Infrastructure
  • Andromeda Cluster
  • San Francisco
ai devops engineer ops

Senior Site Reliability Engineer - AI Infrastructure

Location: Global Remote / San Francisco · Full-Time

About Andromeda

Andromeda Cluster was founded by Nat Friedman and Daniel Gross to give early-stage startups access to the kind of scaled AI infrastructure once reserved only for hyperscalers.

We began with a single managed cluster — but it filled almost instantly. Since then, we’ve been quietly building the systems, network, and orchestration layer that makes the world’s AI infrastructure more accessible.

Today, Andromeda works with leading AI labs, data centers, and cloud providers to deliver compute when and where it’s needed most. Our platform routes training and inference jobs across global supply, unlocking flexibility and efficiency in one of the fastest-growing markets on earth.

Our long-term vision is to build the liquidity layer for global AI compute — a marketplace that moves the infrastructure and workloads powering AGI not dissimilar to the flows of capital in the world’s financial markets.

We are expanding to new frontiers to find the brightest that work in AI infrastructure, research and engineering.

The Role

This is not a generalist SRE role.

You will design, operate, and debug large-scale GPU infrastructure used for distributed training and inference, working directly with customers pushing the limits of modern AI systems.

We’re looking for engineers who have personally run GPU clusters in production, understand the failure modes of distributed training, and can reason about performance from network fabric → kernel → framework.

What You’ll Own

  • GPU Cluster Architecture: Design and evolve multi-provider, multi-region GPU compute clusters optimized for large-scale training. Make topology-aware scheduling, networking, and storage decisions that directly impact training throughput and cost efficiency.

  • Customer Technical Partnership: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers running large-scale training workloads. Onboard, troubleshoot, and optimize, often in real time.

  • Reliability & Performance Engineering: Define SLOs and error budgets that account for the unique failure modes of GPU infrastructure (ECC errors, NVLink degradation, NCCL timeouts). Own capacity planning across heterogeneous GPU fleets optimized for training throughput.

  • Networking & Fabric Health: Ensure the health and performance of high-speed interconnects (InfiniBand, RoCE, NVLink) that underpin distributed training. Diagnose and resolve fabric-level issues that degrade collective operations.

  • Observability: Build deep visibility into GPU utilization, memory pressure, interconnect throughput, training job performance, and hardware health. Go well beyond standard infrastructure metrics.

  • Automation & Tooling: Build production-grade automation for cluster provisioning, GPU health checks, job scheduling, self-healing, and firmware/driver lifecycle management.

  • Incident Leadership: Lead incident response for complex, multi-layer failures spanning hardware, networking, orchestration, and ML frameworks. Drive blameless postmortems and systemic fixes.

What We’re Looking For

  • GPU Systems Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience operating large-scale GPU clusters (NVIDIA A100/H100/B200 or equivalent). You understand GPU memory hierarchies, ECC behavior, thermal throttling, and hardware failure modes from direct experience not documentation.

  • High-Performance Networking: Production experience with InfiniBand, RoCE, or NVLink fabrics in the context of distributed training. You can diagnose why an all-reduce is slow, identify a degraded link in a fat-tree topology, and reason about congestion control at scale.

  • Distributed Training & ML Frameworks: Working knowledge of how large training jobs actually run — NCCL, CUDA, PyTorch distributed, DeepSpeed, Megatron, FSDP, or similar. You don't need to write the models, but you need to understand what's happening at the systems level when a 1,000-GPU training run stalls.

  • Linux & Systems Internals: Expert-level Linux knowledge: kernel tuning, driver management (NVIDIA drivers, CUDA toolkit), cgroup/namespace internals, performance profiling at the syscall and hardware level.

  • Kubernetes & Orchestration: Strong experience running Kubernetes in production with GPU workloads, including device plugins, topology-aware scheduling, multi-cluster federation, and custom operators. Experience with Slurm or other HPC schedulers is equally valued.

  • Automation & Software Engineering: Strong engineering skills in Python, Go, or Bash. You build production-grade tools and services, not just scripts. Infrastructure-as-Code proficiency (Terraform, Helm, Ansible, or equivalent).

  • Observability & Monitoring: Hands-on experience building monitoring and alerting for GPU infrastructure, not just Prometheus/Grafana basics, but GPU-specific telemetry (DCGM, nvidia-smi, fabric manager metrics) integrated into actionable dashboards.

  • Incident Management: Proven track record leading incident response for complex distributed systems where the failure could be in hardware, firmware, networking, drivers, orchestration, or application code and you need to narrow it down fast.

Strong Candidates May Have

  • Distributed Storage: Experience with high-performance parallel file systems (VAST, Weka, Lustre, GPFS) and the checkpoint I/O and data-loading bottlenecks that come with large training runs.

  • Training Optimization: Experience profiling and optimizing distributed training performance: identifying stragglers, tuning collective communication strategies, improving MFU (Model FLOPs Utilization), and reducing idle GPU time across large runs.

  • Cluster Buildout & Hardware: Experience involved in physical cluster design - rack layout, power/cooling constraints, network topology design, and hardware validation/burn-in at scale.

  • Team Leadership: Experience leading or mentoring a team of infrastructure engineers. We're growing and need people who raise the bar for everyone around them.

Why You’ll Love It Here

This is a high-impact, senior builder’s role. You’ll have significant ownership and autonomy to shape how our systems run at a foundational level, working directly with customers and providers while architecting the infrastructure backbone for reliable, scalable AI compute. You’ll influence technical direction and help define what world-class AI infrastructure operations look like.

Andromeda Cluster is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Associate Chief of Staff the Co Founders
  • Radicle Science
  • California, California, United States
embedded sys admin infosec education

Radicle Science is seeking an exceptional, AI-native Associate Chief of Staff to serve as a force multiplier to Co-Founders Pelin Thorogood and Dr. Jeff Chen.

This is a high-leverage, founder-facing role designed for a high-ceiling operator ready to grow into strategic leadership as Radicle scales. You may come from an executive assistant, executive operations, founder associate, project management, or operations background. This is not a traditional administrative role — it blends executive operations, founder leverage, project coordination, AI-enabled systems building, and strategic follow-through.

The right person thrives in dynamic environments, brings order to complexity, and moves with urgency, judgment, and creativity. After meetings, you've already reviewed the notes, identified priorities, drafted follow-ups, updated trackers, and moved the work forward — without being asked.

This role is built for the AI era. You will use agentic AI — Claude, ChatGPT, workflow automation, and emerging tools — not as a nice-to-have, but as your core operating system. You'll be expected to 10x your own output through AI and help build the operational infrastructure that lets Radicle move faster than companies 10x our size. If you're not already experimenting with AI agents, automations, and LLM-powered workflows in your daily work, this role is probably not for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFounder Leverage & Executive Operations
  • Own and continuously optimize the operating rhythm of the co-founders, including calendars, inboxes, meeting preparation, travel, communications, and priority management
  • Ensure Pelin and Jeff are fully prepared for high-stakes meetings with agendas, materials, context, desired outcomes, and follow-up plans
  • Dynamically prioritize and re-prioritize based on evolving business needs, strategic importance, and founder bandwidth
  • Draft polished communications, manage timely follow-through, and help ensure critical relationships and priorities do not fall through the cracks
AI-Enabled Productivity & Systems
  • Use AI tools, LLMs, agentic workflows, and automations to plan, draft, synthesize, organize, and accelerate execution
  • Build and continuously improve AI-enabled systems that multiply executive and organizational productivity
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive workflows across scheduling, communications, meeting notes, research, reporting, and follow-up
  • Continuously explore, evaluate, and deploy new AI tools and workflows that help Radicle move at the speed of AI
  • Help establish Radicle’s internal playbook for AI-augmented operations
Operating Rhythm & Strategic Follow-Through
  • Track key meetings, decisions, action items, owners, deadlines, and next steps to ensure momentum and accountability
  • Independently review meeting notes — including AI-generated summaries — identify priorities, and drive follow-up without needing detailed direction
  • Support the cadence of leadership meetings, company rocks, strategic initiatives, board preparation, investor follow-ups, hiring priorities, partnerships, and other founder-led projects
  • Translate conversations into decisions, owners, next steps, and accountability loops
Project & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Support cross-functional projects led by Pelin and Jeff from planning through execution
  • Coordinate across internal stakeholders to reduce friction, surface blockers, and keep priorities moving
  • Prepare high-quality materials for leadership meetings, retreats, board interactions, investor discussions, and strategic initiatives
  • Serve as a central coordination point for direct reports, leadership team members, advisors, partners, and other key stakeholders
Travel, Events & Relationship Management
  • Coordinate seamless business and occasional personal travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and related logistics
  • Plan and execute high-quality internal and external events, including venue selection, guest experience, logistics, and menu planning
  • Maintain and organize key relationships across investors, partners, advisors, clients, prospects, and external stakeholders
  • Represent Radicle with polish, warmth, discretion, and strong judgment

WHAT YOU’LL BRING: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4–8+ years of experience in executive support, executive operations, founder support, project management, operations, or a similar high-leverage role
  • Experience supporting senior executives, founders, or fast-moving leaders in high-growth environments
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI agents and LLMs to independently plan, execute, and iterate on complex workflows — not just prompting, but building systems and agentic workflows that multiply your output
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, time management, and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft polished, thoughtful, and context-aware communications
  • High discretion, professionalism, judgment, and emotional intelligence
  • A strong bias toward action, ownership, and closing loops
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to continuously learn, experiment, and optimize
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, change, and speed

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in startups, healthtech, biotech, wellness, technology, or other high-growth environments
  • Exposure to Chief of Staff-like responsibilities, executive operations, project management, or internal operating systems
  • Familiarity with EOS or similar organizational models
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
  • Comfort with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, ChatGPT, Claude, CoWork, project management platforms, and other AI-enabled productivity tools
  • Experience building automated workflows or integrating AI tools into operational processes
COMPENSATION & GROWTH

This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with a company recognized by Inc. 5000 as one of America’s fastest-growing companies and by Fast Company as a “World Changing Idea” and “Most Innovative Workplace.”

  • Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000 (depending on experience)
  • Performance-Based Bonus
  • Equity: Meaningful equity stake in a high-growth healthtech company
  • Clear path from operational leadership to strategic leadership as Radicle scales

We’re looking for someone who sees this role not as a job, but as a launchpad — someone who wants to grow alongside a company building something that will permanently alter the course of health and wellness for all future generations.

WORKING STYLE

You are highly proactive, exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, dependable, polished, calm under pressure, creatively resourceful, and energized by getting things done.

You love being at the center of the action, connecting dots, anticipating needs, creating clarity, and helping high-impact leaders move faster and better.

This is not a traditional corporate Chief of Staff role where the work is primarily strategy decks and executive advising from a distance. It is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you may move from drafting a board follow-up, to preparing a founder for an investor meeting, to cleaning up a messy workflow, to coordinating a leadership offsite — sometimes in the same day.

This is a remote-first role with flexibility, with a strong preference for candidates based on the West Coast, ideally in Southern California. The person in this role must be able to work West Coast hours and travel to San Diego approximately 4–6 times per year for company meetings, leadership sessions, and other key in-person gatherings.

If you are looking for a predictable 8–5 role with static responsibilities, this is probably not the right fit. If you are excited by speed, mission, trust, variety, AI-enabled leverage, and the opportunity to grow with a category-defining company, this could be an extraordinary role.

About Radicle Science

Radicle Science is a healthtech pioneer named Fast Company "World Changing Idea" for creating the future of proven, precision wellness. Since 2021, Radicle has become the #1 global leader in rigorous clinical evidence generation for wellness — running placebo-controlled trials on more Americans annually than all FDA drug-approval trials combined. We fuse AI, consumer science, and decentralized trials to generate unprecedented data at speed and scale. Our fully automated, vertically integrated platform enables clients to build portfolios of patentable, proven, precision wellness formulas — trusted by consumers, retailers, regulators, healthcare providers, and AI models.

Our 10-year vision: A world where 1 billion people dramatically improve their health every day with precision wellness solutions proven by Radicle Science.

Culture

We seek Rebels With a Cause — team members who are both a skill fit and a values fit. Our core values:

  • Rebel with a Cause — Challenge the status quo, anchored in mission and integrity
  • Audacious (without the ego) — Swing big, iterate fast, don't wait for perfect
  • GSD — Take ownership, follow through, deliver reliably
  • Evidence-Driven — Test, measure, learn, improve
  • Grounded Brilliance — Sharp and humble; curious, respectful, collaborative
  • Transparent — Communicate clearly and candidly so trust stays high
The Team

Radicle is a team of 35+ Rebels, co-founded in 2020 by Pelin Thorogood, M.Eng/MBA (tech founder, INC 200 Female Founder, Trustee & Vice Chair of UCSD Foundation) and Dr. Jeff Chen, MD/MBA (physician-scientist, founded and led UCLA's natural products research center). Advisors include Peter Diamandis (Fortune "50 Greatest World Leaders"), Dr. Jonathan Fielding (UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, White House Advisor), and Pamela Harbour (former FTC Commissioner).

The work will be hard — but if we succeed, we will permanently alter the course of health and wellness for all future generations.

ABOUT US

Stio® is an omni-channel mountain brand that designs, develops and sells beautiful, functional, and innovative apparel, footwear and other accessories infused with the soul of the mountain lifestyle. With headquarters in Jackson, Wyoming, Stio draws inspiration from the surrounding Teton Range and offers product via Stio.com, catalog, B2B and its Mountain Studio® retail locations.

We live and love mountain life, and as such see ourselves as caretakers of the resources that provide it. We are proud partners of Protect Our Winters and the Conservation Alliance among many other organizations. We have a strong preferred materials platform, use Bluesign® approved textiles wherever possible, audit our supply chains for best practices, and operate our workplaces responsibly.

We think that outside is the best side and that you can’t improve on nature. It’s good for mind, body and soul, and it’s our responsibility to help enable access for all people, regardless of race, gender, beliefs, background or ability. We strive for inclusion at Stio and in our local and national communities.

YOUR ROLE

The Data Analyst is a key early member of Stio’s Data & Analytics team, working alongside the Director of Data & Analytics to expand how the business uses data to make decisions. This is a full-stack, horizontal role: the work spans data infrastructure (ingestion, modeling, transformation) through analysis, BI development, and direct stakeholder partnership across Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Inventory Planning, and B2B. You’ll work where the highest-leverage problems are and grow the breadth and depth of the analytics function in the process.

You’ll work in a stack built around Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt, Power BI, GitHub, and increasingly Python in addition to SQL and R. AI-assisted development is the default form factor for the team. Most of the code we ship is written collaboratively with AI agents in tools like Claude Code, then reviewed, tested, and iterated. The expectation is not that you arrive an expert in AI tooling. The expectation is that you bring strong fundamentals — the kind of data and modeling intuition that lets you catch silently wrong AI output that runs cleanly and passes tests — and that you’re genuinely curious about how this part of the craft is evolving. As an early team member, you’ll help shape how we work in this environment, not just execute someone else’s playbook.

We’re looking for an analyst who connects what they see in the data to the bigger picture and who has a strong bias for tying analysis to action. The right person doesn’t hesitate to sweep the floor (fix a broken Excel link), isn’t afraid to question the status quo (does this metric actually measure what it claims to?), and would rather quickly solve a pressing business problem with simple analysis than build a sophisticated model that collects dust. A foundation of technical skills is essential. Even more important is an eagerness to learn new things, sound judgment under ambiguity, and a desire to drive positive progress at Stio.

This is a remote role that is part of the Finance department and reports to the Director of Data & Analytics.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner directly with stakeholders across the business (Product Development, Marketing, DTC, B2B, Finance, Operations, Inventory Planning) to translate ambiguous questions into well-defined analyses, dashboards, and data products. You’ll own these end-to-end: scoping, building, validating, and communicating findings.
  • Build and maintain dbt models that turn raw source-system data into trustworthy, well-documented datasets. Write the tests and documentation that let both humans and AI agents downstream rely on the work.
  • Develop and maintain the semantic context, dashboards, and reports that the rest of the business uses to operate day-to-day.
  • Own metric definitions and business semantics. Drive alignment when stakeholders disagree on what a definition or number means.
  • Review and harden AI-generated SQL, dbt models, and Python code with the judgment to catch issues that pass tests but are semantically wrong. The majority of your output will be code you’ve collaborated on with AI agents, and you’ll bring the data intuition that makes that work trustworthy.
  • Investigate ambiguous data questions where the answer isn’t in the schema: talk to source-system owners, investigate edge cases, reconcile conflicting definitions, and improve our model of the business.
  • Help build and maintain Stio’s data infrastructure — currently Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt, GitHub, Power BI, R, and Python — and contribute to decisions about where the stack should evolve.
  • Improve data governance for both the Data & Analytics team and the business at large by creating documentation that’s actually useful and that AI agents can consume as context for future work.
  • Continuously develop your skills as the practice of data analytics evolves. This is a real part of the job, not something done on the side.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst, analytics engineer, or similar role
  • Advanced SQL: CTEs, window functions, comfortable wrangling messy real-world data, can read and reason about query plans well enough to know when something is off
  • Hands-on experience with dbt, including writing models, tests, and documentation. You don’t need to have built a dbt project from scratch, but you should be comfortable contributing to one and know what good looks like
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, Microsoft Fabric, or similar)
  • Version control with Git/GitHub as part of your normal workflow
  • Experience as a developer with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Omni, or similar)
  • A real point of view on AI-assisted development for analytics work — what it’s actually good at, where it falls down, what you do to make the output trustworthy
  • History of building collaborative, trusting relationships with non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfort presenting findings to leadership verbally, in writing, and visually

PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Though not required, we would consider the following as an added plus:

  • Working knowledge of Python and/or R for analysis
  • Experience with the components of our data stack (Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt, GitHub, Power BI, Python, R, Claude Code, Codex)
  • Experience with some of the systems we use: NetSuite, Shopify, Google Analytics, Segment, Klaviyo
  • Professional experience at a DTC or omni-channel retail, apparel, footwear, or outdoor company
  • Experience working in a small or solo data team where you owned the work end-to-end

THE FINE PRINT

  • Must be able to work in a stationary position 50% - 75% of the work day
  • Medical, Dental Vision plans
  • Company Paid Long Term Disability
  • Employee Assistance Programs
  • 401k with Match
  • Generous paid time off policies
  • Gear test, perks and more

We provide competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives and benefits. The base salary range for this role is $85,000-$100,000. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of the range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications.
