design sys admin vfx designer
Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.

The Community You Will Join

This Creative Lead will report to the Director, Social Creative and work PST hours. They will be part of a fast-moving, multidisciplinary team focused on real-time storytelling—listening, responding, and creating in culture as it happens.

Airbnb is looking for a social-native creative leader who thrives in speed, ambiguity, and cultural relevance. This role sits within our internal Creative Team, partnering across disciplines and functions to deliver ideas that show up in the world in real time—not weeks later.

This is a role for someone who is as comfortable publishing something scrappy in an hour as they are shaping larger creative directions.

The Difference You Will Make

Our ideal candidate lives at the intersection of culture, community, and content. They have strong instincts for what matters right now, why it matters, and whether a brand should participate at all.

They are constantly observing, synthesizing, and identifying opportunities to show up in ways that feel timely, additive, and distinctly Airbnb.

They understand that reactive work isn’t just fast—it requires:

  • Strong creative judgment
  • A clear brand POV
  • Confidence in making decisions with incomplete information

They’ve created social content for global brands that has driven real-time engagement, conversation, and cultural relevance, not just impressions.

A Typical Day

  • Monitor culture, conversation, and platform trends to identify real-time opportunities for Airbnb to show up
  • Concept, create, and publish content quickly—often within hours, not days
  • Shoot, edit, write, and produce scrappy content when needed; lead others to do the same when scale is required
  • Partner with social, brand, comms, and legal teams to move ideas from concept to live execution بسرعة and responsibly
  • Balance speed with judgment—knowing when to act fast, when to elevate, and when to hold
  • Collaborate with creators, agencies, and internal teams to extend reactive ideas into broader moments when appropriate
  • Help define workflows and guardrails that enable fast, high-quality output without unnecessary friction
  • Mentor team members on craft, taste, and decision-making in fast-moving environments

Your Expertise

  • Significant experience creating real-time or reactive social content for brands or media platforms
  • A strong track record of work that tapped into culture and drove immediate engagement and conversation
  • Deep understanding of platform dynamics, trends, and algorithmic behavior—especially short-form video and feed-based environments
  • Proven ability to make and publish content quickly, with strong instincts for tone, voice, and relevance
  • Experience co-creating with creators, influencers, or talent in fast-moving environments
  • Ability to balance brand integrity with cultural participation—knowing how to show up without forcing relevance
  • Experience working cross-functionally with brand, marketing, and communications teams in high-velocity settings
  • Strong creative instincts across writing, video, and visual storytelling
  • Excellent prioritization and decision-making skills under tight timelines
  • A collaborative, “yes, and” mindset with the ability to build on ideas in real time

Vice President Supply Chain
  • Ramp Talent
  • New York, New York, United States
customer support marketing exec microsoft

Our client has asked us to conduct a CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH. Company name and additional details will be shared with qualified candidates as the process progresses.

Details below...

VP of Supply Chain

Location: California or New York (on-site/regional travel required)

Reports To: President / Executive Leadership

About the Company

Our client is a large, fast-growing logistics and distribution platform operating a third-party logistics (3PL) model — point-to-point pick-and-pack combined with wholesale buy-sell operations, similar in structure to beverage alcohol or CPG distribution. The company operates multiple warehouse locations across California and New York, moves a high volume of units monthly, and processes well over $1 billion in annual wholesale transaction value. The company is profitable and growing at a strong double-digit rate year-over-year, with a workforce in the hundreds across its network.

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a VP of Supply Chain to take ownership of supply chain performance and fulfillment P&L across their warehouse network. This is a build role for an experienced logistics leader who thrives in complex, non-standardized environments — not someone looking to import an existing playbook from a large, process-heavy organization.

You'll own the operational backbone of a business that moves an unusually diverse product set (varied packaging, varied handling requirements) through a fully regulated, tightly tracked supply chain — every unit accounted for, every day. You'll lead a large, multi-site team and be the senior voice standardizing how the company runs supply chain at scale across 7 locations spanning California and New York.

What You'll Own

  • Supply chain performance and fulfillment P&L across all warehouse locations
  • Standardization of operations, processes, and KPIs across a growing multi-site network (7 locations across California and New York, and counting)
  • Labor efficiency, cost-per-unit, and throughput across high-volume, non-uniform product flows
  • Warehouse management systems and infrastructure, including evolving beyond current platforms as the network scales
  • Compliance with state-level tracking and regulatory requirements across every unit handled
  • Building and developing a multi-site leadership team capable of operating at scale

What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years of logistics and supply chain experience, with a strong track record in multi-site operations
  • Experience in regulated logistics environments (cosmetics, CPG, reverse fulfillment, or similar)
  • A builder's mindset: comfortable creating structure and process from the ground up in a complex, non-standardized environment
  • Not a fit for someone coming from a large, highly process-driven organization who relies primarily on existing playbooks — we need someone who can problem-solve in ambiguity
  • Deep fluency in operational and labor efficiency metrics (cost per unit, throughput, KPI design and tracking)
  • Experience with warehouse management systems; ability to evaluate and evolve systems infrastructure as the company scales
  • Based in, or willing to relocate to, California or New York

Illustrator Graphic Designer

About Longship Marketing

Longship Marketing is a remote-first agency helping B2C e-commerce brands grow through performance marketing and e-commerce operations. We work across a range of consumer-facing categories, building campaigns, creative, and storefront experiences that move products. Our team is fully distributed across Europe and beyond, and we operate async-first: more Slack and Loom than back-to-back calls, more ownership than oversight.

We're a small, hands-on team — every hire has real visibility into the work and direct access to decision-makers, including the CEO. We care about craft, speed, and finding creative directions that aren't boxed into one narrow aesthetic.

The Role

We're hiring a full-time Illustrator / Graphic Designer to own visual creative across three core areas:

  • Ad creative & banners — static and animated visuals for Meta ads, website banners, and campaign assets
  • Website & product graphics — imagery and graphics that sell products on-site
  • Merchandise & print — t-shirt and apparel graphics, gift products, and other print-on-demand work

You'll work directly with the CEO on both recurring creative needs and special projects, so the work stays varied while staying grounded in real commercial output.

The AI angle (important)

We are looking for someone who is genuinely excited about working with AI, not just tolerating it. Concretely: you use AI tools to rapidly develop design concepts and drafts, then use manual graphic design tools such as Adobe and Figma to produce polished and refined designs. The initial drafts are rapidly produced and iterated on with AI, final versions are crafted and stay hand-led. If you see AI as a threat to be avoided rather than a lever to pull, this isn't the right fit.

What You'll Need

  • A strong commercial portfolio showing illustration and design work for real brands or products
  • Genuine comfort in at least one of: children's products, sports/motivation, or fantasy/sci-fi themes
  • Figma as your daily tool, with working knowledge of Illustrator/Photoshop for production tasks
  • Experience producing for both print and digital, including basic color-profile awareness (RGB vs. CMYK)
  • An active, hands-on interest in AI-assisted drafts and iteration — not just awareness that the tools exist
  • Comfort working async, in English, fully remote

Nice to Have

  • Experience across two or more of our thematic areas
  • Print-on-demand, apparel, or greeting card production experience
  • Familiarity with Shopify or WordPress content workflows
  • Basic motion or mockup presentation skills

What We Offer

  • Full-time, fully remote — work from anywhere
  • Flexible hours outside of core meetings
  • 28 holidays/year + national holidays
  • Premium AI and automation tooling with pro licenses
  • Real creative latitude — not boxed into one aesthetic
  • Compensation: $1,000–1,500 USD/month, depending on experience

    Social Media Video Editor
    • Adoreal
    • California, California, United States
data entry infosec customer support dev
Adoreal is a fast-growing vertical SaaS company that leverages innovation and disruptive technologies to improve consumer experiences, outcomes, and predictability in elective medicine. Our team thrives on challenges, embraces change, and is dedicated to transforming our industry.

Our Marketing Team supports leading practices' growth through brand, website/SEO, paid media, and social media. Video is central to how our practices win attention and book consultations, and we are scaling our content output across a portfolio of practices.

We are hiring a full-time video editor to own short-form video production across our practice portfolio. You will take raw surgeon footage, before-and-after assets, and treatment b-roll and turn it into scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts at real volume. You will use a modern, AI-assisted workflow to move fast without making the work look generic. This role is a fit for someone who is genuinely quick, treats AI tools as part of their daily process, and has an eye for what makes people stop scrolling.

While we are a remote-first company, we are currently only able to hire candidates located in the following U.S. states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, OK, OR, PA, RI, TX, UT, and WA. We hope to expand to additional states in the future.

    What You Will Do

    • Edit 10+ publish-ready short-form videos per week across multiple practice brands
    • Build strong hooks, clean captions, sharp pacing, and sound design that hold attention and drive bookings
    • Edit before-and-after content with care for tasteful framing, patient consent, and platform compliance, so the work performs and survives Meta and TikTok review
    • Stay on-brand across distinct practice style systems, including fonts, color, and tone of voice
    • Repurpose long-form footage such as consults, webinars, and podcasts into packs of short clips
    • Use AI tools to compress turnaround time while keeping output original and high quality
    • Collaborate async with our social, content, and design teams, taking a brief and revision notes without heavy oversight

    Requirements

    • A short-form portfolio that proves your hooks, pacing, and captioning
    • Genuine speed. You can speak to your weekly output, not just one hero video
    • Daily, fluent use of AI video tools as part of a real workflow, not as a novelty
    • Strong written and spoken English and the ability to overlap US working hours at times
    • Self-direction. You work from a brief and a brand kit, flag issues early, and hit deadlines

    Bonus points

    • Experience editing aesthetics, plastic surgery, medical, beauty, or wellness content
    • A background editing for multiple brands or inside an agency, where staying on-style across accounts matters
    • Motion graphics skills in After Effects for surgeon explainers, lower-thirds, and treatment animations
    • Color grading skill, with attention to natural, flattering skin tones
    • Strong instinct for current TikTok and Reels formats, trends, and audio

    How To Apply

    Send us:

    • A link to your short-form reel or portfolio, with vertical 9 by 16 examples
    • A short note on how many publish-ready short-form videos you typically ship in a week, working solo
    • A few lines on your current tool stack, including AI tools, how you utilize each, and where each tool saves you time
    • Whether you have edited aesthetics, medical, or beauty content, and if so, how you handled sensitive or before-and-after footage

    Benefits

At Adoreal, we believe in supporting our team's well-being and growth through comprehensive benefits and a collaborative, people-first culture. As a globally remote company, we prioritize flexibility, inclusivity, and teamwork rooted in the Adoreal principles.

Every employee receives equity, aligning us all in our shared success. Promotions and growth opportunities are limitless, driven only by your performance and dedication to our core principles:

    Mortgage Operations Loan Processor
    • Wealthfront
    • New York, New York, New York, United States
    art direction exec design embedded

    About Wealthfront Mortgage Operations (MOps)

Wealthfront MOps is built around efficiency, critical problem-solving, and modernizing the lending experience. Our goal is a seamless, tech-enabled mortgage process. Our primary tool is automation.

    • We automate mortgage origination. We partner with engineers and product leaders to build systems that eliminate manual toil and deliver a self-service mortgage experience. The result: rates significantly below the national average, saving clients thousands over the life of their loans.

    • We're systems builders, not process followers. Team members execute high-quality mortgage processes while actively identifying opportunities to improve automation — better logic, better design, less toil.

    • We hire critical thinkers. We want people who don't just want better tools — they think carefully about how every tool should work. Every team member understands the "why" behind each step.

    • We operate as one integrated unit. We work as a single team with end-to-end fluency across the origination lifecycle. No traditional silos. This cross-functional depth is what lets us move faster, catch problems earlier, and evolve quickly.

    • Our interview process is intended to be insightful for you and us. We're charting a unique path in home lending, so mutual fit is a top priority. After a conversation with our recruiting team, you will complete a 15-20 minute take-home assignment. From there, you'll meet our mortgage operations leads before a cross-functional final round.

If this sounds like the right fit, we'd love to hear from you.

Wealthfront is seeking a mortgage loan processor to join our team as we build and scale our mortgage lending operations. As a key player on the team you will leverage your expertise to work with existing Wealthfront clients providing excellent service and guiding them through the process with the support of our innovative technology and tools.
