Vice President of Customer Growth
  • PatientIQ
  • Chicago, Chicago, Illinois, United States
art direction exec design embedded
About Us

PatientIQ is the leading outcomes intelligence platform for healthcare — purpose-built to help health systems, specialty practices, medical device companies, and medical societies collect, analyze, and act on patient-reported outcomes data at scale. Our platform — ClinicalPRO, ResearchPRO, and DataPRO — powers clinical research, post-market surveillance, registry management, and value-based care programs across hundreds of provider organizations and some of the largest device manufacturers in the world.

About The Role

PatientIQ is hiring its first VP of Customer Growth — a revenue-generating commercial leader who will own net revenue retention, expansion ARR, and the strategic account program across our full customer base. This is not a traditional CS role. The VP Customer Growth carries expansion quota, builds a CS-as-revenue model, and leads a team that includes Customer Success-Enterprise, Outcomes Research & Registries, and Customer Success-Specialty Practice. The incoming leader will inherit a strong team, a clear structure, and a commercially ambitious mandate: grow NRR to 120%+ while protecting and expanding relationships with some of the most consequential health systems and specialty practices in the country.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own the full NRR and expansion ARR targets for PatientIQ — the primary commercial metric for this role
  • Lead three teams: CS Enterprise (health systems, new strategic partners), CS Specialty Practice (specialty practices), and Outcomes Research & Registries (Provider, MedTech, Societies)
  • Carry and manage personal expansion quota; build and administer CSM-level expansion incentive plans tied to ARR growth
  • Own the Strategic Account Program for named accounts — executive relationship management, multi-year expansion planning, and EBR cadence
  • Build the CS-as-revenue operating model: playbooks, tooling, metrics, and team structure that treats CS as a growth engine, not a cost center
  • Partner with the VP Provider Sales in a commercial pod model — aligned coverage of Enterprise and Specialty accounts from sale through expansion
  • Drive the Enterprise/Specialty Practice bifurcation to full execution: differentiated service models, CSM ratios, and segment-specific expansion plays
  • Develop and retain a high-performing team — coaching (CS Enterprise), (CS Specialty), and (Outcomes Research & Registries)
  • Oversee FY2027 headcount plan and capacity modeling

Requirements

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or commercial CS leadership in B2B SaaS or health technology
  • Proven track record carrying and exceeding expansion quota — you have personally owned NRR targets, not just supported them
  • Experience building CS-as-revenue models: CSM incentive design, expansion playbooks, and tech-touch at scale
  • Health system or clinical technology account management experience — you understand how health systems buy, renew, and expand
  • Led teams of 10+ including CS Directors or senior individual contributors
  • Demonstrated ability to grow NRR from 120%+ in a prior role
  • Dual-track model experience: Enterprise and Specialty simultaneously, with differentiated service approaches
  • HubSpot CRM fluency; data-driven approach to account health and expansion forecasting
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Front End Engineer
  • Decile Group
  • Remote
front end rails javascript html

Decile Group is transforming venture capital into a force for good in the world. We are working to launch 1,000 next-generation venture capital firms, changing the face of venture capital. We run VC Lab, the leading venture capital accelerator worldwide, and operate the Decile Hub platform — reducing the barriers of entry for next-generation investors to launch and grow meaningful early-stage investment firms.

We're looking for a Head of Product to own the full product experience of Decile Hub and build it into a world-class tool. Read more about the Decile Group tech team here: https://github.com/VCLab-Inc/Engineering

The ideal candidate cares deeply about how things look and how they feel to use. You work within a Rails codebase comfortably and you have above-average front-end instincts — the kind that make you notice when a button is two pixels off or a loading state is creating unnecessary anxiety for the user. You're not precious about tools, you use AI to accelerate your work, and you're motivated to build something that real people rely on every day.

You don't need a long resume. You need to be able to show us something you've built that you're proud of.

Basic requirements:

  • You'll be expected to complete a Rails coding challenge as part of the interview process (everyone on the Decile Group team has done well on it).
  • You must live and work within a few time zones of Pacific (California) time. We are on Zoom and Slack a lot.
  • You must have above-average front-end skills — HTML, CSS, JavaScript — and a strong eye for UI detail.
  • You should be actively using AI tools in your daily workflow.

If you're motivated to build beautiful, functional software that helps the next generation of investors do their best work — we want to meet you.

And we want to work with you too.

\n

What You'll Do
  • Build polished, performant front-end experiences. Own the UI layer of Decile Hub features — from layout and interaction design to responsive behavior and accessibility. Care about every pixel.
  • Work within a Rails codebase. Use Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus alongside ERB templates. Understand the Rails request cycle well enough to work efficiently across the stack.
  • Translate designs into real interfaces. Work closely with product and design to implement flows that are not just functional but feel great to use. Raise issues when a design won't hold up in practice.
  • Use AI to move faster. Use AI coding tools actively throughout your workflow — UI generation, debugging, refactoring, writing tests. Help Decile Group stay ahead.
  • Improve UI consistency and quality across the product. Identify patterns that can be systematized, components that can be reused, and rough edges that should be smoothed. Contribute to a shared design system.

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of professional front-end development experience, including work within Rails applications
  • Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — you can build complex layouts and interactions without reaching for a heavy framework
  • Experience with Hotwire/Turbo/Stimulus or eagerness to learn it deeply
  • A genuine eye for good UI — you notice what most engineers miss
  • Active use of AI coding tools as part of your workflow
  • Ability to communicate clearly with designers and product managers about what's feasible and what isn't
  • Portfolio or examples of real work you've shipped

Nice to Have
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks
  • Familiarity with data-heavy or workflow-heavy SaaS interfaces (tables, forms, dashboards)
  • Basic comfort with Ruby and Rails beyond the front end

If you want your work to matter, this is where it happens.

The role:

We are looking for a motivated, curious, and enthusiastic Product Manager to join our growing product team. This is not a role where we expect you to have seen it all before or be an expert in every discipline. We believe great product instincts combined with the right attitude will take you far, and this role is designed to be a launchpad for your career.

Product management at Ripjar is beautifully varied, and we want you to find your own strengths. While you will get a solid grounding in the entire product lifecycle, you will have the flexibility to lean into the areas that excite you most as you develop:

You will help us think about how we can leverage the next generation of AI tools and processes to make a meaningful difference. If you are fascinated by the fast-moving world of artificial intelligence and want to apply it to real-world challenges, you will thrive here.

What you'll be doing:

  • Listen and Learn: Engage directly with our customers and internal teams to deeply understand user needs and domain challenges.
  • Build Momentum: Act as an Agile product owner by writing user stories, collaborating team ceremonies, and helping the team deliver.
  • Experiment with Strategy: Contribute fresh ideas to our product development, marketing strategies, and pricing approaches

Requirements

What we're looking for:

We are keeping things simple. We aren't looking for a long list of certificates; we are looking for potential, adaptability, and commitment.

  • Some Product Experience: You have a solid grounding in product management principles, perhaps as an Associate PM, Product Analyst, or a closely related role in a fast-moving tech environment.
  • B2B or SaaS Exposure: You have some familiarity with how enterprise software or SaaS products are built and delivered.
  • Curiosity Around AI: You don't need a degree in data science, but you should be genuinely excited by AI technology and eager to explore how it can solve complex problems.
  • Strong Communication: You know how to collaborate cross-functionally, listen to different perspectives, and build trust with a team.
  • Bonus Points: Any exposure to financial services, compliance, or RegTech is a great plus, but absolutely not a requirement

    • Partner with the go-to-market team to ensure creative production timelines ladder up correctly to seasonal launch dates

  • Hands-on experience with a Digital Asset Management platform (Bynder strongly preferred); comfortable owning DAM governance and driving team adoption
  • Fluent with AI tools and actively curious about how they can improve creative production workflows. You're not waiting to be told, you're already experimenting

  • Clear, confident communicator who can translate strategy into process and process into action across creative and non-creative stakeholders
  • Highly organized, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure, the kind of person who steadies the room when priorities shift
  • Comfortable holding the team accountable without micromanaging; skilled at keeping momentum through a creative personality mix
  • Experience working with consumer-facing brands in apparel, outdoor, lifestyle, or adjacent categories preferred

Reports to: Director of Engineering

Location: Remote, United States

\n

About the Role

Our retail platform is scaling across multiple brands and needs a senior engineer who can own a service area end-to-end — setting technical direction, writing production code daily, and raising the bar for the developers around you. As Software Engineer (Team Lead), you will serve as the technical owner for a core area of our retail service cloud, designing approaches, contributing code, and mentoring engineers while driving the roadmap from legacy replacement through new feature delivery.

In your first 6–12 months, success means you have shipped meaningful improvements to the platform, replaced targeted legacy services, and established clear technical standards that the team follows without prompting.

This is a lean team. You will own a lot, move fast, and make decisions with full end-to-end responsibility.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as technical owner for your area or service within the retail service cloud, setting architecture direction and maintaining quality standards
  • Design, build, and ship features — reading and writing code daily alongside the team
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges across the stack, from profiling and refactoring to scaling the platform
  • Replace legacy code and services with modern, maintainable solutions and optimize the overall stack
  • Build frameworks and reusable patterns for upcoming projects across the portfolio
  • Plan and communicate product roadmaps, triage sprint tickets, and push back on requests when technical tradeoffs demand it
  • Mentor junior engineers through code review, pairing, and hands-on problem solving
  • Help build the team by driving developer productivity and contributing to hiring decisions

Required Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and Node.js
  • Proficiency / production experience with API Gateway, AWS Lambda, S3, DynamoDB.
  • Comfortable with IAM and CloudWatch for debugging + least-privilege design
  • Experience with Python and Django or comparable server-side frameworks
  • Track record of owning a product or service area technically — architecture decisions, code quality, and delivery outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and elevate other engineers while remaining a significant individual contributor
  • Experience replacing or modernizing legacy systems in a production environment
  • Comfort triaging competing priorities, planning sprints, and communicating technical details to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong opinions on code quality and engineering best practices, held loosely enough to find the best solution collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with retail, e-commerce, or multi-brand platform environments
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices patterns
  • Prior experience in a technical lead role on a small, high-output team

Why Join

The people who do best here are builders. They take ownership, move fast, and want to see the direct impact of their work.

  • Cross-Functional Impact: Your technical decisions will shape services that power multiple brands across the portfolio — the scope of your work is visible and immediate.
  • Skill Building: Work alongside senior engineers who will challenge your thinking, with daily exposure to modern frameworks, platform-scale problems, and AI-augmented tooling.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Own your service area from architecture through delivery — no waiting for approvals or handing off to another team.
  • Competitive Benefits: Paid time off policies, 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision and a variety of supplemental policies, and employee discounts across our portfolio of brands.

Interview Process
  1. Recruiter Screen - A 30-minute conversation with our recruiting team to align on the role, your background, and what you are looking for.
  2. Hiring Manager Interview - A deeper conversation focused on your technical leadership experience, how you approach ownership of a service area, and team dynamics.
  3. Technical / Coding Challenge - A hands-on coding exercise to assess your problem-solving approach, code quality, and comfort working in the stack.
  4. Possible In-Person Interview - Details and logistics will be arranged with your recruiter.
  5. Reference Checks - Conducted in parallel with the final stages where possible.
  6. Offer - We move quickly for the right candidate.

Interview process is subject to change. Any updates will be communicated promptly and clearly.

The Platform team creates the technology that enables Spotify to learn quickly and scale easily, enabling rapid growth in our users and our business around the globe. Spanning many disciplines, we work to make the business work; creating the infrastructure, tooling, frameworks, and capabilities needed to welcome a billion customers.

What if the systems you built changed how millions of developers work — not just at Spotify, but across the industry? The Platform Developer Experience (PDX) team builds the infrastructure and internal products that power how Spotify engineers ship software. Within PDX, the Wingspan team is building the next generation of fleet management and reimagining how we interact with AI agents — and bringing those capabilities to market through Portal, Spotify’s external developer platform built on Backstage.

We are redesigning platform engineering around intelligent agents, large language models, and decision-aware automation. In this role, you’ll lead a team shaping how AI becomes a core operating layer of modern platform infrastructure, directly improving how developers ship and maintain software at scale.

\n

What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a team building AI-native backend systems that orchestrate large-scale, autonomous fleet changes
• Define the technical vision for integrating LLM-powered reasoning and agent-based execution into production infrastructure
• Architect systems where AI agents analyze service metadata, generate safe change plans, execute updates, and validate outcomes
• Establish safety boundaries, evaluation frameworks, and observability models for AI-driven automation at scale
• Drive responsible AI adoption by embedding governance, auditability, and human-in-the-loop safeguards into system design
• Balance rapid experimentation with platform reliability, ensuring intelligent automation meets production-grade standards
• Partner with product and go-to-market teams to position Portal and AI fleet management as a leading developer platform
• Build a team culture grounded in curiosity, technical rigor, and continuous learning in emerging AI systems

Who You Are

ʉۢ You have 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams working on distributed systems or developer platforms at scale
• You have 5+ years of experience in backend engineering with strong expertise in Java, Python, and/or Node.js
• You have experience integrating AI/ML systems, LLMs, agent frameworks, or AI-assisted tooling into real-world systems
• You understand how autonomous systems make decisions and how to design guardrails that ensure safety, reliability, and traceability
• You think in systems, considering data flows, model behavior, orchestration layers, and operational impact
• You are comfortable leading in emerging technical domains where patterns are still forming
• You create inclusive environments where diverse perspectives strengthen technical and product decisions
• You communicate clearly across engineers, product leaders, and executives about both the opportunities and risks of AI-driven systems

Where You'll Be
• We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! For this role, you can be within the EMEA region as long as we have a work location (excluding France due to on-call restrictions).
•This team operates within the Central European and GMT time zone for collaboration

About MoonPay

Hi, we’re MoonPay. We’re here to onboard the world to the decentralized economy by making digital money move as universally and effortlessly as the internet.

Why?

Because crypto, stablecoins and blockchain aren’t just technologies. They’re tools for global financial empowerment. They give people and businesses more control over their money, their digital assets, and their future, opening access to legacy financial systems that have been out of reach for many.

What we do

MoonPay is a unified payments platform for digital currency. We make it easy for anyone, anywhere, to buy, sell, swap and pay in digital currencies as easy as sending an email. That simplicity is intentional, our focus is reducing complexity so people can participate confidently, without needing to be crypto experts. We power the entire flow between fiat and crypto end to end, with compliance, identity checks, fraud prevention, and settlement all built in. This end-to-end approach reflects how we work internally: with accountability, rigor, and trust built into everything we ship.

Proven at scale

Trusted by over 30 million customers and over 500 ecosystem partners, our secure, enterprise-grade platform is driving mainstream crypto adoption worldwide. Behind those numbers are millions of real people and organizations relying on MoonPay every day.

We collaborate with innovative brands and projects to build secure, scalable solutions for a blockchain-powered future. This is an opportunity to help shape systems, not just scale them. And we’re committed to doing it right. Fully licensed in the U.S. and regulated across the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia, because trust and compliance are non-negotiable.

But we’re just getting started. We’ve launched a consumer app that makes crypto accessible, intuitive, and usable for everyone, and it’s growing fast. We’re iterating every day to make it the best it can be.

If you believe financial freedom should be for everyone. If you believe in building a fairer, more open financial system - we want you with us. To build systems that benefit all, we need contributions from all, regardless of background.

Come build the future of payments and the decentralized economy with MoonPay. Let’s make financial freedom and autonomy the new normal.

docker dev design grafana

Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.

We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.

Docker is shipping a wave of new products this year, with R&D initiatives likely to lead to more, and we're investing heavily in the platform underneath all of it. That platform supports hundreds of engineers across many development teams and carries high-scale production traffic and data transfer every day. It has grown faster than its foundations, and this year is about closing that gap.

Today, much of that work still leans on a handful of experts unblocking the same provisioning and operational workflows by hand. The top priority for this role is moving that work from expert-driven support to paved roads: self-service systems with clear ownership, safe defaults, strong guardrails, and adoption we can measure. The goal is a platform teams trust enough to stop thinking about it, one that just works, so they can focus on their own products instead of ours.

The concrete version sits on this year's roadmap: spinning up a new global region or application environment should take hours, not days. Right now it takes days. Getting there means building the foundations underneath it. We need a real multi-region, cross-account network architecture and a testing and continuous-deployment flow teams can trust, then a self-service layer on top.

We're the container company building our own internal platform, so the bar for "the easy path is also the safe path" is high. You'd be joining a team of four, growing to seven this year (this is one of those hires), and we're looking for a Staff engineer to set technical direction and lead it through real production adoption.

Responsibilities

This is a Staff-level role, so success is measured by leverage rather than just your own commits. On a team this size you'll stay hands-on in the codebase while also setting direction, aligning teams on pragmatic standards, and carrying platform investments through to adoption. Concretely, you will:

  • Take ambiguous infrastructure problems and turn them into proposals the org can rally around, then drive them through RFCs and architecture reviews across teams.

  • Design self-service capabilities and platform APIs (primarily in Go) for onboarding, provisioning, deployment, observability defaults, and day-2 operations, with contracts and docs teams actually use.

  • Set delivery standards using Terraform, GitOps with Argo CD, progressive rollout, and good testing, including building the continuous-deployment flow we're missing today.

  • Evolve the multi-tenant EKS foundations toward better reliability, security, scale, and cost: Envoy Gateway ingress, traffic routing, and the multi-region, cross-account connectivity we need.

  • Improve SLOs, alerting, and incident follow-up on Grafana Cloud so production gets safer and less dependent on heroics.

We judge this work by outcomes the consuming teams feel: how fast they can provision and ship, how much they can do without us, and how reliably it all runs.

AI-assisted operations

We're actively investing in AI-assisted and agentic workflows to cut operational toil. We care that they stay safe, auditable, and human-reviewed. You'll help shape where these earn their place and where they don't. Early targets include:

  • Alert enrichment and incident context-gathering: assembling the relevant signals, history, and runbook so the on-call engineer starts with context instead of a blank page.

  • Runbook-assisted diagnosis and remediation recommendations, with a human in the loop on anything that changes production.

  • Onboarding and readiness assistants that answer the questions our experts answer today.

If you've built operational automation and have a healthy skepticism about where automation belongs, this is a place to put both to work.

On-call

Operational ownership is part of the job. You'll join the rotation after onboarding and shadowing. As a Staff engineer, you'll also improve the health of on-call itself, with better alerts, stronger runbooks, less toil, and blameless postmortems aimed at prevention.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional, hands-on, full-time software engineering experience in backend, infrastructure, or platform engineering.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • Strong software engineering in Go or a similar language: design, testing, debugging, review, long-term maintainability.

  • A track record designing, shipping, and operating cloud services or infrastructure platforms in production. We hire for skill and impact, not years.

  • Deep expertise in at least one of: Kubernetes, networking, cloud platforms, reliability engineering, or developer platforms, plus solid Linux, networking, and production-ops fundamentals.

  • Experience setting technical direction and leading work that needs cross-team alignment.

  • Clear written and verbal communication in a remote environment (RFCs, design docs, incident writeups).

Nice to have: EKS and ingress/CNI/service-mesh experience; observability with OpenTelemetry/Prometheus/Grafana; CI/CD and progressive delivery (GitHub Actions, Argo CD, canaries); experience leading migrations or adoption programs across teams.

You don't need every item here. We value deep expertise in one area, strong systems judgment, and curiosity across the rest.

What to Expect

First 30 days

  • Build context, meet partner teams, ship your first change, shadow on-call.

First 90 days

  • Own a strategic platform problem with a clear plan and metrics; lead an improvement from design to production.

One Year Outlook

  • Lead a major cross-team initiative (for example, self-service provisioning of new regions and environments, or the multi-region networking and CD foundations behind it) and establish durable patterns that change how Docker engineers build and operate services.

Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.

Client Success Manager
  • Empathy
  • London, London, England, United Kingdom
exec design customer support finance

About Empathy

Empathy is transforming the way families navigate life’s most difficult times - from the loss of a loved one to other major life transitions. By combining technology with compassionate human care, we bring clarity, comfort, and peace of mind when it matters most.

We partner with leading employers, insurers, and financial institutions to deliver meaningful, human-centric support at scale. Today, Empathy supports over 50 million people across the US, Canada, and the UK.

Backed by top-tier investors including General Catalyst, Index Ventures, Adams Street, Aleph and Entreé Capital. We've raised over $160 million to date, including a $72 million Series C, to expand our impact and scale our mission worldwide.

About this role

This is a rare opportunity to join a mission-driven company at the moment it enters a new market, and shape what great looks like from day one.

As Empathy's first Client Success Manager in the UK, you'll own the post-sale relationship with our predominantly financial services partners end-to-end. You'll be the person our clients trust to deliver on the promise made during the sale — driving smooth launches, deep adoption, and the kind of measurable value that makes renewal a foregone conclusion.

This isn't a role where you're handed a playbook and told to follow it. You'll help write it. You'll design the processes, cadences, and client experiences that will define our UK success motion — with your work directly influencing how Empathy grows across the region.

This will be a hybrid role with 3 days a week in office with our team.

In this role you will:

  • Act as the primary post-sale point of contact for a portfolio of insurer and wealth management partners, building relationships that go deep into client organisations.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation workstreams — managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and proactively surfacing and resolving risks before they become problems.
  • Drive adoption and utilisation by understanding what success truly looks like for each partner, designing the right touchpoints, and iterating based on performance data and client feedback.
  • Run a disciplined cadence of client engagement — weekly implementation syncs where needed, monthly and quarterly check-ins, and well-crafted QBRs and EBRs that tell a clear value story.
  • Build and maintain living account plans: goals, success metrics, stakeholder maps, risk signals, and renewal readiness assessments.
  • Use data to identify risks early and the lead the design and implementation of targeted solutions
  • Partner with, Product, Care, Marketing, and Sales to deliver exceptional client-facing experiences.
  • Help shape the UK success playbook, building the repeatable processes and frameworks that will scale as we grow.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years managing B2B or B2B2C enterprise accounts in Customer Success orAccount Management — with a track record of clients who genuinely love working with you.
  • Strong programme and stakeholder management skills, including experience leading complex, multi-threaded workstreams with senior client contacts.
  • A data-fluent mindset — comfortable digging into performance metrics and translating numbers into a clear, compelling value narrative.
  • Excellent communication across every format: executive presentations, client emails, internal briefs, and live conversations where it counts.
  • A proactive, structured working style. You don't wait to be told what to do — you anticipate, plan, and follow through.
  • Genuine curiosity about the financial services, insurance, or employee benefits space — prior experience in regulated industries is a strong plus.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a builder's mindset. You're energised by the prospect of creating something new, not intimidated by it.

Why Join Empathy

  • Mission that matters — every partnership you manage directly improves the experience of families navigating bereavement.
  • First in market — shape how Empathy shows up in the UK, with real influence over strategy, culture, and process.
  • Proven platform — you're not selling a concept; you're delivering something with 45 million users and a strong US track record behind it.
  • Close-knit, collaborative team — you'll have a clear line to leadership in both the UK and the US.
  • Competitive package —options, 25 days PTO, home office and co-working stipend, and annual wellbeing budget.
