About Ecommerce Media
Ecommerce Media is the creative-first performance partner built exclusively for Ecommerce Equation brands who are ready to scale. We don't just run ads or make content, we partner with ecommerce brands to drive real business growth. We tie paid media directly to what matters: real-time data, meaningful metrics, and above all, profitability.
Thanks to our partnership with The Ecommerce Equation (Australia's #1 ecommerce coaching community), we operate inside the most forward-thinking ecosystem in the country. That means our clients - and our team - get a front-row seat to the innovation shaping the future of ecommerce.
The Opportunity
Ecommerce Media is growing, and great creative is at the centre of that growth. We're hiring a Performance Social Content Editor to join our creative team and own the production side of performance ad content. This includes editing videos that stop the scroll and drive results for some of Australia's most exciting ecommerce brands. If you know your way around an edit suite and understand why one cut outperforms another, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Edit high-performing video ads for Meta and TikTok, with a heavy focus on short-form, platform-native content
- Produce a mix of creative formats; UGC ads, statics, GIFs, motion graphics, and other assets, using existing footage and supplied materials
- Work closely with creative strategists to bring briefs to life, and push back when you see a better way
- Analyse high-performing creative across Meta and TikTok to stay ahead of what's working, and apply those insights to your own output
- Integrate AI tools and workflows into your process to improve efficiency and creative output
- Manage multiple projects across a variety of ecommerce brands simultaneously, hitting deadlines without sacrificing quality
What We're Looking For
Experience & skills:
- Experience creating social media and/or paid ad content, ideally within an agency or ecommerce environment
- Strong video editing skills for short-form, platform-native content, particularly Meta ads
- Competent across a range of formats including motion graphics and basic graphic design, not just video
- Deeply immersed in social platforms: you follow trends, study what brands are doing creatively, and actually think about why things perform
- Experience using CapCut or equivalent + Premiere Pro for video editing
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva for graphic editing
Character & approach:
- Genuinely curious about paid social performance, you want to understand the data behind the creative, not just deliver the file
- Enthusiastic about using AI tools to work smarter and produce more
- Comfortable switching between briefs, brands, and formats in a fast-moving environment
Why Join Ecommerce Media
- Work remotely with a high-calibre team that takes creative seriously
- Direct exposure to fast-scaling ecommerce brands - your edits have real commercial impact
- Access to The Ecommerce Equation ecosystem, Australia's #1 ecommerce community
- Real ownership of your output, not a cog in a big agency machine
- A team that invests in your growth, not just your output
Sound like you?
Send your CV and a portfolio (or a few examples of ads you've edited) to creative@ecommercemedia.com.au or apply via Linked In with your portfolio attached.

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
ARC’One, our manufacturing facility in New Westminster, is home to a team of skilled makers and technicians who bring Arc’teryx products to life. Located near our Design Center, the facility plays an important role in how we prototype, test, refine and manufacture the technical gear we are known for.
Some of our most technically complex products including Alpha SV and new product pilots are built here. The facility also supports ReBIRD repair and renewal programs, helping extend the life of Arc’teryx gear.
This is hands-on, precision work where craftsmanship, problem-solving and continuous improvement come together on the production floor. This is Who We Are.
For our ever-growing operation, we are looking for Press Machine Operators to join our teams.
After 3 months of training in our Training Department you will be assigned to one of our production lines.
Developing your skills is our priority. Thanks to our continuing Learning & Development Program you will acquire new skills on new products (eg: jackets, pants, or gear). And it doesn't end there, you will have the opportunity to move up and why not, join our Warranty, Sample, Quality, Training Teams or become one of our future Team Leaders.
This role is a full-time permanent (Monday - Friday) position located in New Westminster (Queensborough area).

By following the Company's procedures of apparel construction as per model specifications and Team Leader and/or Supervisor instructions, you will participate in the making of our key products (eg: the iconic Alpha SV jacket, Outdoor clothing, Veilance products, harnesses and packs).
Quality first. You will review, troubleshoot, and repair any quality control issues with the Quality Control Inspector and your Team Leader and/or Supervisor
Evolve is our DNA, you will champion it, and you will partner with your team to identify areas of improvement in order to be better than yesterday
In cross-learning we trust, you will be continually challenged in developing your skills and to be able to help all the production lines, if need it
By combining your willingness to learn and our continuing Learning & Development Program, you will be able to climb our 9 skill levels. You will master the pressing operations.
You have a minimum of 1-year experience in a fast-paced work environment (eg: manufacturing, food services, hospitality)

Your dexterity is excellent: you want to take advantage of it
Your adaptability and flexibility are your strengths and working in a fast-paced work environment with multiple feedbacks, in the same day, does not scare you
You âthink out of the boxâ: you have this capacity to give your feedback and to propose new ideas

Nock is the cornerstone of both Zorp, and Urbitâs, vision for computing. Nock was designed to be the foundation of a practical, simple, sovereign, personal computer.
In the 2010s, Big Techâs Cloud killed personal computing. The âUrbit as personal serverâ narrative proposed that we needed personal servers to reclaim our collective digital sovereignty. Companies building personal server technology on top of Urbit found less demand for personal servers than they had hoped.
The technical fundamentals of Nock computing are the most mature theyâve ever been. The new Ares Nock runtime has proven out the solid-state interpreter model by making Nock execution both extremely fast and capable of dealing with large amounts of data. The Urbit OS kernel has matured significantly as well and increased in reliability. Promising updates to the Urbit networking protocol, Ames, are expected to land soon that enable high-bandwidth communication.
Adoption of personal servers, meanwhile, shows no sign of increasing, and the narrative has not been reconsidered or extended.
We are entering into a new era where Nock computing needs to grow beyond personal servers. The more fundamental Nock vision is easier to convey and describes a need for a whole Nock ecosystem. The Nock ecosystem should enable all personal computing: personal devices, servers, money, and more.
What is Nock?
Nock makes your computer so simple that you can control it completely. Nock is not just a technical foundation; itâs a philosophy, a way of thinking about computing that puts simplicity and control at the forefront.
Itâs often easiest to build intuition by analogy. If the Nock brand is Apple, todayâs UrbitOS is iCloud, and Nockchain is Apple Pay. Marketing iCloud as a standalone component would be very difficult, but alongside the iPhone itâs indispensable. Add in Apple Pay alongside them, and the value compounds further. Theyâre all more valuable together when fit within a unified, vertically-integrated computing ecosystem.
Just as Appleâs âiâ prefix became a symbol of innovation and integration, Nock is the unified brand of a new era in computing. Nock is a term that encapsulates the essential vision that has powered Urbit, but grown up.
Nock will power a whole range of consumer products, not just personal servers or a blockchain. NockOS is the operating system for personal computers, mobile devices. NockServer syncs the data between your devices, communicates directly with your friendsâ Servers, and enables video chatting, real-time collaborative document editing, and other interpersonal computation.
As we move forward, itâs time to put Nock at the center of our narrative. We need to communicate the power and elegance of Nock in a way that resonates with consumers and developers, showing them how it can transform their digital lives and how easy it is to build on.
Arvo powers both NockOS for personal computers and NockServer for personal cloud. In 202X, the Nockphone is released. A few years later, the first Nockbook.
Every component of the above ecosystem centers the Nock concept, which is the only one a consumer needs to grasp.
Nock is the brand. We run a unified NockOS on our phone and laptop, connect to our NockServer personal cloud, and record value with Nockchain. Itâs practical and convenient to take control of our personal computing.
We just call it all Nockâitâs simpler.

Since launching in 2021, weâve expanded to include Preconception and Miscarriage Care, Pregnancy Care, Postpartum Support, and Gynecology. We currently have 4 clinics in the tri-state area, with three new clinics opening in 2026! Come join our team of clinicians, innovators, operators, and technologists passionate about setting a new standard in maternity care.
OULA HEALTH
Product Manager
Full-Time
- New York, Chicago or Charlotte
- Reports to VP, Central Operations
Oula Health is a venture-backed, midwifery-led maternity and GYN care company building the next generation of women's healthcare. We partner exclusively with major health systems â including Mount Sinai, Stamford Health, and Novant Health â to embed our collaborative OB-GYN and midwifery model directly inside their networks. We're a team of ~100 people at Series B stage, with 4 clinics today and three more opening in 2026.
The Role
At Oula, our product doesn't sit alongside our EHR â it integrates directly into it. Every product and engineering decision has downstream consequences for how our EHRs are configured, and every EHR configuration decision shapes what's possible on the product side. Someone has to hold both at once.
We're looking for a technically-minded Product Manager to own and evolve our core technology stack â including our EHR, patient portal, and care management platform. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and health system integration, serving as the internal and external subject matter expert on our EMR and the primary lead for health system EHR integrations.
You'll manage the day-to-day health of our tech stack, partnering closely with both internal teams and external health system stakeholders to ensure our systems run smoothly and our integrations deliver. You can sit with a midwife and understand why a clinical template matters, then turn around and write a bug ticket that engineering can actually action, then build the SOP so the next market launch doesn't require you to be in the room. When things are ambiguous (and they often are), you'll lean in rather than wait for clarity.
What You'll Own
EHR Configuration & Clinical Systems
- Own day-to-day management of our core tech stack: the EHR, patient portal, and care management platform
- Own Athena and Epic configuration end to end: clinical templates, order sets, lab configurations, payer connectivity, and access management for clinical and ops staff
- Lead EHR integration efforts as the internal and external subject matter expert â FHIR/HL7 data exchange, health system IT coordination and committed go-live timelines
- Own and accelerate Epic integration timelines as we onboard additional health system partners
- Maintain configuration integrity as new markets launch and care model workflows evolve
- Partner with our IT team on infrastructure; own the clinical systems layer they don't touch
- Own bug intake and prioritization from Market Operations â standardize how Engineering receives, scopes, and resolves issues and communicates status back to the field
- Build structured launch toolkits and training materials so clinic teams are prepared for new feature rollouts on day one
- Coordinate end-to-end launches across Product, Engineering, and Operations
- Identify where AI and automation can reduce manual administrative burden in product operations workflows
- Build and maintain the clinical systems SOP library so new market setup is repeatable â documented well enough that a new hire can execute without you in the room
- Develop onboarding materials for clinic managers and clinical staff on EHR workflows and tooling
- Drive feature parity efforts so patients and clinicians experience a consistent standard of care across markets
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking feature adoption, issue resolution, and rollout health across clinics
- Develop quarterly reporting for Product, leadership, and health system partners on platform performance
- Ensure data infrastructure is in place to measure the impact of every feature rollout
- 3+ years with product operations, technical program management, or PM-adjacent work â ideally at a growth-stage digital health or services company
- Strong problem-solving instincts and genuine curiosity â you like figuring out how things work and making them work better
- Ease with ambiguity and a bias toward action; this role requires you to create the playbook, not execute someone else's
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive aggressive timelines â ideally with client-facing or health system-facing experience
- Ability to speak âmultiple languagesâ â comfort going deep on technical details while communicating clearly to non-technical audiences; you can write a bug ticket, an SOP, and a launch plan that people actually follow; hands-on EHR configuration and integration experience strongly preferred
- Analytical enough to build a dashboard and identify a pattern, even if you're not a SQL expert
In your first 90 days, you've audited our current Athena configuration, identified gaps, and have a remediation plan. You understand the bug triage process well enough to have improved it. You've met your counterparts at every health system partner and know what's coming for the next Epic integration.
At six months, new market launches have a repeatable systems and product checklist. Clinic teams know what to expect before a feature goes live. Bug resolution time is measurably faster and the field is no longer sending issues into a black hole.
At one year, the SOP library is comprehensive, clinical systems configuration is stable and documented, and you've successfully navigated at least one new health system EHR environment. The product team has a reliable partner and the ops team isn't dependent on any single person for systems knowledge.
Compensation & Details
Salary: $110,000 â $140,000 depending on experience and location
Equity: Options commensurate with level
Location: Preference for New York/New Jersey/Connecticut, Chicago or Charlotte Remote-flexible with periodic travel to clinic locations and health system partners
Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision; 401(k); generous PTO
Oula offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, and comprehensive benefits. Exact compensation inclusive of salary and any bonuses is determined based on a number of factors including experience and skill level, location, and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Oula is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone's contributions are valued.
Salary Range: $110,000 USD - $140,000 USD
Oula's Commitment as an Equal Opportunity Employer:
We want you to know: You can be a great candidate even if you don't fit everything we've described above. You can also have important skills we haven't thought of. If that's you, don't hesitate to apply and tell us about yourself (especially in your cover letter â this is where you can really state your case for *why you*). We are committed to fostering diversity in our organization and building an equitable and inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds and experiences. We're taking steps to meet that commitment. We especially encourage members of traditionally underrepresented communities to apply, including women, people of color, LGBTQ people, veterans, and people with disabilities.

About The Role
You will own content execution across social, short and long-form video, podcast workflows, and training video.
You own the calendar, the output, and the numbers. You write platform-native content for LinkedIn, X, and email. You edit video people actually finish watching. You build the AI-assisted workflows that make all of it faster without making it generic.
This role is AI-forward by design. You will use AI daily for ideation, scripting, editing, repurposing, and QA. We expect you to already work this way.
What You Will Do

- Write platform-native content for LinkedIn, X, and email newsletters
- Edit short and long-form video for marketing and thought leadership
- Run podcast post-production, clips, and distribution
- Produce and edit training video for internal and client-facing use
- Build reusable AI-assisted workflows for scripting, editing, and repurposing

- Experience editing training or educational video
- Evidence of AI-native execution in daily content work

Schedule. Fully remote, with required overlap 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
Technical. Wired internet 100 Mbps minimum. Intel Core i7, Ryzen 7, or Apple Silicon with 16GB RAM and 256GB free storage. Windows 11 or current macOS. 1080p webcam and mic. Backup power and internet.
Process. Application and portfolio review, two-hour practical assessment, hiring manager interview, final conversation with leadership.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary plus performance incentives
- Performance bonus up to 100 percent of base
- Fully remote with earned flexibility
- Professional development budget
- Paid time off
You will own a broad content function spanning social, video, podcast, and training, not one narrow slice of it. You will build thought leadership at a company doing AI implementation work that reaches production, and design scalable content systems rather than grinding out one-off assets.
Let's build what's next.

About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Product Designer who can elevate HighLevel's product experiences through exceptional craft, product vision, systems thinking and influence. You have spent 7+ years designing complex digital products, ideally including SaaS, B2B, platform, workflow-heavy or similarly sophisticated product experiences, and are ready to shape product direction, design standards and team culture across one or more product pillars.
As a lead individual contributor, you will partner deeply with product and engineering leaders, mentor other designers and help teams define and improve strategically important product experiences across the HighLevel platform. You will connect customer needs, business goals, technical constraints and long-term product strategy to clear, useful and highly polished product design.
We expect candidates at this level to demonstrate an extraordinarily high bar for design craft and visual sophistication, and to raise that bar for the teams around them. You should care deeply about hierarchy, layout, typography, grids, spacing, interaction quality, usability, accessibility and the standards that make product experiences feel refined, trustworthy and coherent at scale. We want candidates who can ship truly world-class product design.
Experience using AI-powered tools for exploration, prototyping, critique, synthesis or workflow acceleration is mandatory. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
What You Can Expect
-
Autonomy to shape design direction across one or more strategically important product pillars.
-
Meaningful influence with product, engineering and senior leadership on product quality, customer outcomes and roadmap direction.
-
The opportunity to raise the design bar across multiple teams through critique, standards, mentorship and systems thinking.
-
Partnership with ambitious product, engineering, data and design peers who value clarity, speed, craft and customer outcomes.
-
A craft-forward design culture where lead designers help strengthen design practice, improve team rituals and grow other designers.
-
A 100% remote environment where distributed collaboration is normal. Employees in all geographies are expected to be flexible and thoughtful about working hours so US- and India-based colleagues can collaborate effectively.
What We Are Looking For
-
7+ years of relevant product design experience, with 2+ years in a leadership, mentorship or design direction capacity; experience in SaaS, B2B, platform, workflow-heavy or other complex digital product environments is highly valuable.
-
An exceptionally strong portfolio that demonstrates systematic thinking, customer empathy, exceptional craft, measurable product impact and leadership beyond individual execution.
-
Proven experience leading data-informed product design across the full lifecycle, including research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, content strategy and usability testing.
-
Exceptional visual and interaction design craft, with deep care for hierarchy, layout, typography, grids, spacing, motion, usability, accessibility and product quality.
-
Experience designing for AI-driven or intelligent interfaces, including collaboration with machine learning, data, automation or platform teams.
-
Deep fluency in design systems, accessibility standards, reusable patterns and scalable product experience decisions.
-
Experience influencing design direction for high-impact product areas, systems, platforms or pillars, not only individual features or flows.
-
Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to work fluently with product managers, engineers, data partners, customer-facing teams, senior stakeholders and other designers.
-
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas, lead critiques and workshops and persuade through rationale, evidence and craft.
-
Passion for improving team operations, design standards, processes, tools, documentation and better ways for teams to work.
In This Role, You Will
-
Lead design strategy and execution for one or more product pillars from discovery through delivery.
-
Translate customer needs, business goals, product strategy and technical constraints into clear experience direction and design roadmaps.
-
Partner with product and engineering leaders to define product vision, prioritize opportunities and align teams around high-quality outcomes.
-
Influence leadership decisions through customer empathy, data synthesis, product judgment, storytelling and strong design rationale.
-
Drive design quality reviews and set standards for usability, accessibility, interaction quality, visual consistency and design system alignment.
-
Raise the quality of multiple teams by mentoring designers, improving critique, strengthening shared patterns and making standards easier to adopt.
-
Define and socialize metrics for design quality and impact, such as usability signals, accessibility compliance, task success, adoption, retention or customer satisfaction.
-
Lead complex discovery and design efforts through ambiguity by synthesizing inputs, framing decisions and helping teams move with clarity.
How You Work
-
You raise the bar for craft, visual sophistication and product quality across the teams around you.
-
You move comfortably between product strategy, customer insight, systems thinking and hands-on design execution.
-
You balance speed, detail, scalability and quality without losing sight of the customer.
-
You build trust through warmth, candor, accountability and genuine respect for your teammates as people.
-
You enjoy leading collaboration across time zones and cultural contexts, including with US- and India-based teammates.
-
You communicate in ways that help distributed teams work with clarity, care, trust and momentum.
-
You advocate for accessibility, inclusion and ethical design.
